Thanks to hotel driver Vu for excellent, safe and fast trip from Da Nang to our hotel in Hoi An. We will book again if we are back.
We booked hotel transport to Ba Na Hills for our family of four with two young children, and we had an excellent experience with our driver, Vu Phan. He was punctual, friendly, and very patient with our kids. The car was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made the journey smooth and relaxing. Vu Phan drove safely and ensured we arrived on time and picked us up as agreed. We truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended for families travelling to Ba Na Hills.
Everything here is fantastic, room is clean, breakfast is nice , staff here is nice as well. To encapsulate, it’s phenomenal place.
I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived here. We’ve generally been with international brands like Marriott but decided to go with a local brand this time round.
It’s located right in the middle of town. Pretty decent hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and bed.
During the 4 tights we stayed here, there were some events where the was loud singing (there was a wedding going on one of the 2 nights) but that ended prior to 10pm - as promised.
What really impressed me was that we had staff at the hotel do a follow up with us the day after to check if we were OK. I was very grateful for such a simple gesture of consideration.
This goes to show that staff attitudes make a real difference to a guest’s experience.
We will definitely be back at this hotel if we ever returned to Da Nang.

Vu, very pleasant, friendly and careful driver who took us to Hoi An. Along they way there he drop us at Marble Mountain to see how marble sculpture was made.
Love the hotel atmosphere, friendly and very accommodating staff Lucie & Kathy which were attentive to our needs. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, our room came with balcony with a nice pool view. Highly recommendable stay.
