Las Orquideas Hotel Spain

No staff on the premises, check in requires a phone call to receive instructions how to retrieve keys from a box with keypad. I had no cell signal not internet access so couldn't call but fortunately the owner appeared and let me in. Internet was down the whole time I was there (only one night) which caused me problems as I had work to do. Lights (but not all power) failed for an hour or two in the evening for no apparent reason, no staff so couldn't ask. Restaurant wasn't open either. Maybe in high season it's more organised. Lovely room though, and reasonably priced too (in November anyway), maybe everything works better in high season when they're busy

Mooi en schoon hotel. Alles uitstekend, en vriendelijke service. Bed iets aan de korte kant voor lange Nederlanders. Heerlijke Spa.

This place is precious! It’s a very small village, you will need a car to go to main attractions and touristic areas but it’s a lovely place to get back to every night. Marisol and Cristina are angels! Super lovely and helpful. Room is large and beautiful. Would love to get back and just enjoy the hotel for days.

An attractive, quirky hotel, nicely furnished and decorated, with an excellent breakfast served by two lovely ladies, but spoilt by (a) no-one on duty in reception for most of the day; (b) only cold water in the shower; and (c) no milk to have with the tea. But overall, good value.

Las Orquideas is simply beautiful. The decor is superb, our room was gorgeous, very comfortable bed, glorious views and the service we received from the lady there was excellent.

Had a great stay and got looked after very well. Would defend stay here again.

Nice comfortable room and nice decor but not well heated from a single air on unit and no heated towel rail so damp towels. Also very poor coffee as there was a single communal pretty awful jar of old decaffeinated instant coffee on the landing with no milk. Otherwise no complaints and we were able to arrive very late with keys left in a key safe outside to allow entry.

Hotel coqueto con habitacion amplia y super limpia, ademas de con unas vistas preciosas. Y con una persona ( Mari) , que se desvive para que toda la estancia sea de tu agrado, con personas asi que hacen que te sientas como en casa da gusto ir de viaje. Gracias por todo.

Very quiet when I visited. Rooms are very well finished and views are excellent.

Booke via Expedia and on arrival was shown our room which smelt of damp and as we booked a lake view was dissapionted that the room only had a small window.On complaining about the smell was given another room which was very nice,Breakfast was basic.

A unique hotel that has had a lot of thought put into its design and decor. Wonderful large room with a roll top bath in the room with a beautiful Moroccan inspired bathroom. Very comfortable bed.
