Pros:

太偏避，基本上就是一栋酒店，四周全是动工的工地，吃饭坐车都非常困难！
房间设施太差，头发炊风是坏的，空调温度太高，半夜热醒来，只有开大风才能稍稍凉一点，但是声音太吵，从1凌晨1点醒来后，就睡不着了，睁着眼睛到6点，一次非常差的体念！

Pros:

Clean and new. Staffs are helpful and friendly and can speak English.
The only thing I have problem with is the A/C in the room is not cooling the room up and it gets too hot at night. It would be nice if they give us cotton buds in the bathroom lol.

ホテルは地下鉄2号線の光達駅から徒歩5分、長沙黄花空港から磁浮線と地下鉄に乗って約40分。移動は便利だけどホテルの周辺は開発途上でコンビニすらない。ホテル内にレストランがあるので昼、夜の食事は不自由しないが同じメニューで飽きてしまうため、いろいろな食べ物を堪能したいなら市内中心地まで行った方がよい。ホテルは新しいこともあり部屋は清潔。スタッフの対応も良かった。リピートしたくなるホテルです。

Pros:

The room I booked it was 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, when I check in... The manager said they don't hav the kind of room, this hotel only have 1 queen bed room.

Very nice room, but the hotel needs to provide more options for food because it's very isolated and there are no restaurants nearby. I tried to order lunch (a simple bowl of noodles) but they said it would take about 40 minutes. When I went down to the dining room, my meal was still not ready. After waiting one hour, the staff said it would take more time to prepare my noodles. I said I couldn't wait so they gave me a small bowl of food and rice.

Nice, but for Shangri-La it should be a bit better

For a Shangri-La one expects a little bit more. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but...
... beside a nice white marble bathroom, the hotel room had a very average appearance.
... the breakfast buffet had many choices, but no fine ones. For smoked salmon we had to beg the waiter to give us some (got a few slices then), cheese was only on the first day a very little bit, the other days not available, fruits also poor choices. The breakfast was so far OK, but not what you expect for a Shangri-La hotel or 5 star in general.
... taxis were not available on spot. It was neccessary to order and wait for 10 minutes for it.

Pros:

New hotel, that is reasonably priced, however, located in middle of nowhere. However, there is a metro very close by, and airport is about 30-45 minutes away. It is difficult to get food after breakfast, which is quite good. The restaurant does not appear to be functional for dinner, and one had to purchase a very mediocre food at a bistro. Staff speaks English and is very helpful. During our stay we had an opportunity to visit a Cirque de Soleil performance, which was held in a giant tent only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The performers stayed at our hotel. Overall a very satisfying stay
