Convenient location
The building looks new in the outside but inside it is dirty and broken. Management is not taking good care of this facility. I never expected to see a Hyatt this dirty and run down. Needs A LOT OF MAINTENANCE. Also customer service was poor.
Beds comfy, liked 2 queens and sofabed. Good size room. location perfect, close to Niagara Park and Falls and eateries . Safe area. Check in and out easy.
Breakfast was ok but could be improved.
The hotel is located right next to the state park, so the next morning we were able to just walk over and visit Niagara Falls, which was amazing! What I liked most about this hotel is definitely its location. The hotel itself is decent—nothing too fancy, but not bad either. Honestly, I have no complaints. They also provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice surprise since I wasn't sure if it was originally included in my booking.
The room should have been cleaner, and it would be great if they added a light, fresh fragrance to the air. I mean they cleaned as per normal check out standard, but I was exepected more fresh fragance in the room air.
Location to falls and restaurants

De locatie is geweldig. We zaten op een hoge verdieping en hadden uitzicht op de kloof. De watervallen kan je vanuit het hotel niet zien. Als je het hotel uitloopt dan ben je met een paar minuten lopen bij de ingang van de Niagara Falls state park. Levendig en veilig ook in de avond. We konden makkelijk op en neer naar de watervallen. Bijv voor de lichtshow. Vlakbij het hotel heb je een aantal restaurants waar je prima kan eten. Parkeren kan tegen gereduceerd tarief in de parkeergarage tegenover het hotel. Ontbijt was prima. De meiden hebben gezwommen in het zwembad en er waren bij het zwembad badlakens van het hotel voor iedereen. De service van het hotelpersoneel was super. Mijn dochter had geen maandverband meer en de dame van de receptie bood haar een stapel maandverband aan!
Heel mooi startpunt voor een rondje hardlopen in de ochtend.
Tijdstip voor het ontbijt had wat later gekund. Rond sluitingstijd waren nog een hoop gasten in het restaurant. Een half uur verruiming zou perfect geweest zijn.

Location was excellent with all activities within a short walk from the hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Hotel comped us breakfast during our stay. We stayed in a King Suite which had a separate bedroom, living room and small kitchen with a microwave.
We pretty much liked everything. Since our room had a microwave it would have been nice to have some paper plates and plastic utensils in the room. We were able to get some paper plates and plastic utensils from the main lobby.

Excellent location, right next to the state park entrance. Convenient parking is available by the hotel. The rooms are relatively spacious. There is also an excellent washing machine, which we found very useful. The breakfast was the best and most varied we had at any hotel during our trip.
Perfect location…
A little run down but that didnt affect my stay… room was clean and comfortable .. staff they were super cordial, helpful… breakfast was good, rooftop for fireworks was awesome…
