It's not worth it....
Pros:

The 6th floor viewing deck, but we missed watching the fireworks by 1 day! They should do them year-round!!!

Cons:

The room was too small for 5 people! The sofa bed was ridiculously uncomfortable! They provided no linens for it...we had to ask. The coffee maker in the room was absolutely disgusting! No microwave. They advertise for a market, but there is nothing!!! Maybe water & Pepsi, but that's it!!!! And handicapped parking is a joke. There's like 5 spaces & you have to place congress when you leave....well, people just move em and take your space. Ridiculous. I would never stay here again.

Great location to get to the falls, we were able to walk anywhere we needed to go

Breakfast was disappointing, parking is not on-site and is a public city garage. I felt very unsafe in the garage.

Over all it was OK, but our next visit will more than likely be staying at a different location.
Pros:

Ease check-in, pleasent front desk person. Room clean and stocked.

Cons:

Asked for a room with a good view, we were told that we wouldn't be able to see the falls but would be having a good view of the area itself. All we saw was HVAC equipment. Had breakfast that left a lot to be desired, it was more in line with that of a free continental style.

Walking distance to everything.
Pros:

Excellent location. We parked and walked everywhere. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

No one was there at check in. Kept knocking on the door marked staff, tried calling the hotel phone number. After about 10 minutes someone came out. It was really strange.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location, an easy walk the falls.
The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful with parking.

Cons:

The first floor reception and dining areas are dated, a bit sad, not in keeping with the wonderful sightseeing location. Food options limited.

Very much enjoyed our time there.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. The location is awesome. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included. No hotel parking, $15/day parking in garage across the street.
