The breakfast must be paid for separately and it was definitely not lavish. The coffee maker in the room was dirty, so my husband went down to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast area and he said it was an ordeal to walk away with a cup. For $500 a night, they should have brought us coffee!

Not a single staff member welcomed us throughout the entire check-in process. They kept using the excuse that "a 3:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed." Even though my child was soaking wet and shivering, the staff showed zero empathy. I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 and got my second room keys after 5:30 pm! the second employee who handled the rest of our check-in had an absolutely terrible attitude.

Perfect location in Niagara Falls. 2 minute walk to the park/falls and about the same to rainbow bridge to cross to Canadian side. Quick and convenient chicken place right next door and next block over has a lot of shops and eateries. I also walked to the liquor store and purchased a bottle of wine which was about a 10 minute walk. Theme of this review is hotel is perfect location to walk anywhere and they have a decent hot breakfast.
Rooms are typical Hyatt, large with a seating L-shaped couch. Loved that I could see the firework show over the falls from my third-floor room.
Would recommend and would stay here again.

Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was a nice variety. I loved the home fries especially. It was just a few minutes walk to the falls which was nice because we did not have to pay for parking at the falls. Parking was in a parking garage across the street. It was very convenient. We park on the third floor by the elevator and the elevator took us back down to the street. Hotel staff validated our parking garage ticket therefore we did not pay for parking. Limited restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is in a convenient location. It is minutes from the Rainbow Bridge to Canada. You can actually walk across the bridge if you want to. Our stay was on a Friday night so we walked to the falls to see the fireworks. Otherwise there’s an outside patio on the 6th floor which we could have viewed fireworks from there. Would stay again at this hotel.

Robot phone system sucks. Took 2 hours to get my email corrected. Couldn’t get confirmation email because it wasn’t spelled correctly. After I talked with a hotel agent I was transferred back to Robot phone system that couldn’t help me. Rates are ridiculous on weekends and holidays. Sad to see America greed is alive and thriving

We had such a wonderful family stay in Niagara Falls! The full breakfast each morning was delicious and made traveling with kids so much easier. The indoor pool was a huge hit with our children and gave us a great way to relax after exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect — close to the Falls and so many fun activities within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families!

Perfect location! Only a few min walk to the state park. Few min walk to the pedestrian bridge over to Canada. Staff was so friendly and helpful! Rooms clean. Food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. I wish the breakfast buffet had more choices, but still good. Would definitely recommend Hyatt Place NF!!!
