Great hotel and even better staff!
Pros:

The front desk was so courteous and helpful. The room attendants were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, but our room faced the parking lot/road. (not your fault) The bar/restaurant staff and food were excellent. The price was very good, and food was hot and delicious! Plenty of towels and extra when needed. The pool was very nice, kept clean and plenty of towels and seating. The front lobby was nice, and the pantry was always full. The prices at the pantry were good. The parking validation was an added bonus. There were plenty of luggage carts always available.

Cons:

It's not the hotels' fault, but the outside streets and parking garage were filthy. (not related to the HYATT) The actual hotel parking lot and outside to lobby was great and clean.

We enjoyed Niagara Falls and a wonderful tour of the state park during our single night stay.
Pros:

The property itself was very nice and clean. It is walking distance to the falls and the state park.

Cons:

The hotel seems to be slightly overpriced to have no parking on site, a lackluster view, and no complimentary breakfast. They did validate our parking at a garage nearby, which was appreciated.

Decent hotel, perfect location, but not what you'd expect for the money.

Best location available.

Cons:

For the price, the property is a bit below average. It seemsile newer construction, but it's clear it was a value built. Very cheap fixtures and materials in the hotel. Not bad, just not high end which we expected given the price. If you are just looking for an average hotel with a great location and don't mind a higher rate, this is your place.
