Cons:

They charged me more for the stay. They mentioned that my reservation only guarantees the room and not the price. On my final bill they said they are charging me additional for the price of room as per my stay dates while I had a confirmed booked and confirmed price through booking.com

Recommended Stay for the Falls.
Pros:

Location is excellent for the Falls. Staff in particular Antonio were exceptional. Hotel was clean, comfortable, safe and welcoming.

overall I liked my stay.

Cons:

My main reason for my 3rd day was for the Maid of Mist excursion. It was cancelled due to weather conditions, I tried to get a refund for the last night,,, Booking . Com didn't have an issue, but a Manager at the Hyatt place $$$ over a customer relations and satisfaction. I told her I would never stay at a Hyatt again or refer anyone.
