Pros:

Location. The initial encounter was ok. I waited for a few minutes before anyone came to the desk. She was pleasant and won me back by allowing early check in.

Cons:

Body wash was empty. It's the little things on vacation I don't want bothered with. There was no view. The room was standard at best.

Fantastic experience. We will definitely be coming back!
Pros:

The property was clean and easy to find everything! The 6th floor lounge area on the roof was excellent for relaxing and watching fireworks. The pool was clean and they had warm air in the pool room as well!

Great stay and I’d stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. I appreciated the real eggs, fruit, potatoes, good coffee etc…
The hotel location is awesome- we parked and never used our car until we were ready to leave. We walked to Niagara Falls and all attractions from our hotel. I’d stay here again

Cons:

The parking garage could use some updating. Parking was fine, but the stairwells to/from the garage were sketchy. The included parking pass was very nice and worked well.

We had a comfortable stay and the location to the Falls is most convenient.
Pros:

Limited menu but staff were very helpful. We are visitors and had difficulty in ordering in food using our phone. The front desk staff (Ms. Shariya) helped us a lot. She is an asset to the establishment. Other staff were good too.

Cons:

The restaurant timings can be a little longer as tourist come in late.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel previously in 2019, and unfortunately, I noticed a significant decline in its overall quality during my recent visit in 2026.

The first impression was disappointing. The couch in the entrance lobby was torn, which gave the hotel a poorly maintained appearance right from the moment I walked in. The blankets and bed linens in the room also looked worn and seemed overdue for replacement.

The breakfast selection was another letdown. I expected a much better variety and quality from a Hyatt property, but the offerings did not meet those expectations.

The parking situation continues to be extremely frustrating. While I understand that the parking facility may not be directly managed by Hyatt, it appears that little to no improvements have been made over the years. It feels virtually unchanged since my previous stay in 2019, making parking inconvenient and unpleasant.

Overall, this stay was disappointing, and the experience fell well short of the standards I associate with Hyatt. I hope the property invests in upgrading its facilities and improving the overall guest experience.
