No gym
When i arrived they were fully booked and pretended to have not received my booking
The views
The toilet light was not working properly, the toilet roll was broken, and in the hall they had music playing quite loud until late
There was a pool
It was not very welcoming, there was a leak in my bathroom, staff generally (although not all) were indifferent to the fact you were a guest, room was not what I booked and when I went to settle my bill they put 100USD through the card by mistake instead of about 18USD and wouldn’t put it back on the card instead giving me cash in dollars which I didn’t need and had to change back on my return home.
I had an extremely negative experience with Kigali View Hotel that I feel compelled to share. My stay at this establishment was nothing short of a disaster.
First and foremost, they charged us an exorbitant amount for our stay, far beyond what was reasonable for the services provided. To make matters worse, they failed to deliver on any of the services we expected, leaving us feeling cheated and taken advantage of.
What's most concerning is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the hotel. They ignored our attempts to contact them, not responding to our calls or emails. We've been chasing them for the past two months in the hope of finding a resolution, but our efforts have been in vain.
In our desperation for a solution, we even raised the issue with the Rwanda Board. Despite these efforts, there has been no resolution in sight.
I implore anyone considering a stay at Kigali View Hotel to think twice. This establishment not only charges exorbitant rates for subpar service but also demonstrates a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism in addressing customer concerns. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Beautiful swimming pool, good staff. The room we stayed in needs to be fixed, none of the window locks worked which made us feel unsafe as the windows were accessible from the outside. The hotel is adding an addition which created a lot of construction noise. This should have been disclosed to us and at least give a "under construction discount".
location is nice, has a great city view and awesome swimming pool, food quality of room service was surprisingly exceptional. very peaceful and quiet embiance
the breakfast is not free, If you want to drink water during your breakfast you have to pay for it, however Juice and Hot Beverages are free
