Pros:

Location good. Breakfast small. Beds fine and airflow in room fine with window open.

Cons:

Shower was dangerous. Too small a tub and getting in and out difficult and slippery even for the most athletic person.

אין בידוד אקוסטי, שומעים את החדרים הסמוכים ואת מי שצועד במעבר כי זו רצפת עץ.
אפשר להוסיף פח קטן בחדר ולא רק בשירותים.

Great place to stay in Puerto Natales
Pros:

Loved the beds and a warm room. The breakfast was pretty nice too with quite a lot of options and could be prepared earlier if needed. We also got them to order us a taxi to the airport that came so quickly, we didn't even realise it was already waiting outside. The location is very good too, close to everything

Really happy with stay as staff were so accommodating and comfy beds.

The location, the staff, the decoration was great

Cons:

The only things I did not like were that 1) my bed had wheels on it, so whenever I leaned to the wall, the bed would move and 2) that you could here the other rooms, when they arrived at night, when they were preparing to leave in the morning and things like that.

Great location, clean, comfy, small quaint hotel next to local museum.
Pros:

Very clean, comfy bed, quaint, nice staff and great location. And great breakfast! Overall, great experience! And it is next to the local museum! Bonus!

Cons:

A little expensive for what you receive. The walls are thin, however I put some white noise on my phone and I was fine! Also, tub a little challenging to get in and out of.

Regular, muy caro para lo que ofrece
Pros:

Tiene buena ubicación, la habitación era pequeña pero limpia y tiene un desayuno variado estilo buffet bastante bueno.

Cons:

El precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrece, pero se entiende por la alta demanda de la temporada.
Lo que sí las habitaciones tienen pésima aislacion del ruido, no pudimos descansar ya que se escuchaba todo, otros huéspedes hablando y caminando fuerte en horas de la madrugada, parece que las paredes fueran de material ligero. sinceramente por lo que pagué esperaba al menos poder descansar.
