Love this spot thanks for everything
Pros:

Love staying here when in the area. The openness and vibe is my favorite part. Walkable to a lot of nice cafes and restaurants in uptown near the lakes. Rooms are always cozy feeling and perfect for a solo traveler.

Cons:

While the essentials are always clean, I think some more attention to washing down the shower area would elevate. Doesn’t always feel pristine, thus the 8. I’m not super fussy either.

Pros:

It was close to everything we needed and liked that it had a really nice bar

Cons:

Only wish they had coffee in the room. We didn’t know there was coffee available until we were checking out

Good choice for short trip
Pros:

Convenient location, helpful and kind staff, enjoy a complimentary beverage, reasonably clean. All the basics are there, and the communal game room can be nice. The rooms are not carpeted and don’t have much upholstery/soft surfaces, which I liked.

Cons:

A little loud over the weekend. Rooms are pretty small. Parking is not associated with the property and somewhat confusing. Can use the lot across the side street for medium-ish rates or may be able to find free street parking on side streets.

Pros:

Very fun decor and fun vibe to the place. Lots of board games, hammocks on every floor, Photo Booth downstairs and complimentary drink with stay… it was great! Staff were quite helpful. Cute dogs at the bar at night.

Great affordable place in a great area close to things to do.
Pros:

Cute place, mellow and slow paced which we liked. Many places in walking distance. Fun things to do if you're at the hotel.

Cons:

We would have wanted a fridge in our room since you end up eating out when you're on vacation. That was the only annoyance.

Pros:

Clean and felt friendly and safe. It was a fun vibe with lots of activities to do on site if you want to treat the lobby as a fun living space.

Cons:

The doors shut so loudly that it woke me up. And it wasn't how they were being closed, it's just how the doors are.

Great location, funky vibes.
Pros:

Great location and even though the parking wasn't free, it was right across the street and affordable. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Just overall condition of the hotel. Chipped paint etc. Not a big deal but just made it seem less high quality.
