Not a safe location

Hotel was contaminated and sedated. I requested a full refund from Expedia and they did not give a refund.

Pésimo servicio, yo reservé 4 habitaciones y resulta que solo tenían 1, me pidieron pagar en efectivo en la propiedad, aún cuando la reserva se hizo con tarjeta

Todo positivo. Muy buena atención y servicio. Deberían incluir el desayuno, solo eso.

This hotel is either not real or location is terrible. We looked for it for 2 hours after midnight when our flight arrived and could not find it. Even with a GPS and google map. Then we called the hotel and got no answer. The area is also scary. Don’t go here, as there is a strong chance you will be very disappointed. We never were able to find the hotel, check in, or talk to someone. We did not sleep that night.

Muy bien, sin novedades

Totally adequate for a short layover after arrival at the airport at midnight. Transfer to the hotel (hostel?) was great; very nice to have that arranged in advance rather than deal with a taxi at that hour, and the driver was great, stopping at a convenience store for me to grab a couple bottles of water enroute. On that note, don’t expect to find one in your room. Breakfast was remarkably good, staff is great. On my return from the beach, however, I’ll be staying at the Hilton for two nights before flying out. This place is too spartan and poorly located to be a base for visiting the city.

Close to the airport. There is a big shopping mall near the hotel, which is convenient.

Very near airport. Clean, comfortable bed. Secured parking. Friendly, helpful staff.

The staff was wonderful. They were polite, friendly and did their best to please me. Even though I was late for breakfast, they made me fresh eggs, toast, juice and the best coffee I ever had.
On the negative side, it was advertised as a hotel and it was a hostel. There is a big difference as to what one would expect. I doubt that it was the fault of the owner but of the advertising company.

Brand new, clean place to stay. Best for the money.

Conveniently situated near the airport and the Mall del Sol. You can safely walk to mall during the day or evening. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean.
AC in room was funcional. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, toast, juice and instant coffee. Jocelyn, was awesome. There was hot water at night for one shower but not in the morning. Not really a big deal and similar to other places in the area. Booked the room at a reduced rate. Have stayed in both a more expensive hotel and cheaper hotel in area and I would choose this one over the other two, especially at the reduced rate offered through Expedia.

Oh, and the Alianza buseta that goes to Cuenca is only a 3 minute, $2 cab ride away.

Bien, para estar de paso en Guayaquil. Te cobran un impuesto nuevamente aparte del pagado en la pagina, asi que el precio aumenta un 20%. Me cambiaron de hotel porque el que reserve inicialmente estaba lleno, pero son basicamente los mismos. Mas que un hotel es un hospedaje para pasar la noche, pero estuvo comodo, limpio y sin ruido.

Solo para personas que van de paso..
Personal poco cordial aunque la recepcionista fue un poco más agradable..
No lo recomiendo..
