The establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff consistently provides friendly and efficient service. The front desk personnel are proficient in English. Furthermore, the location offers convenient access to reputable beach clubs and dining establishments. The hotel also cultivates an excellent romantic ambiance, ideal for couples. We anticipate a return visit.
We had bad weather
I really liked this hotel. Great value. It’s older but has a cute beach vibe to it. Most rooms have great views for this price point and the upgraded me for free which was a nice touch. The included breakfast was great and a nice touch. The only negatives were that the WiFi in my room was terrible and they should clean the beach of sargassum and plastics. There wasn’t much but enough to be ugly so it’s an easy job for them.

It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL there!! The staff very welcoming and friendly! The room was more than what expected, clean, quiet, and private! The beach was steps away and the weather was perfect! If there's anything, i advise to make transportation to and from airport ahead of time and inquire about the seaweed(?) on the beach. It was pretty heavy when i visited, so i didn't get in the water BUT did get in the pool. I look forward to coming back!!
The view from our room was beautiful to the beach front. The staffs were the best in Coco, they went above and beyond to help us. The receptionist was really helpful. I loved how flexible the staffs were and was really sad to leave. It was a great experience staying at Coco. Highly recommend.

Everyone was amazing!!! From the front desk to the waiter. I was close to the restaurant area and sitting on the patio area. He asked me if I needed anything. I thought that was so cool since everyone at this hotel goes an extra mile.

The all white and teal aesthetic was very nice, it was a quiet place in the midst of a very young and beach cluby type area.

Very nice stay
We loved our stay at Coco Unlimited. The place is beautiful and very relaxing, especially since we had the oceanfront room. The location is walkable to famous restaurants like Ilios, Vagalum, Casa Banana, etc. It’s also within walking distance of the Ven a Luz sculpture. The breakfast selection was good and the staff were awesome! Shoutout to Edith and Guillermo they were super accommodating and very helpful with our inquiries. If given the chance to go back to Tulum, we will definitely stay here again!

What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—attentive, genuine, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from dinner reservations to insider tips on hidden cenotes and beach spots.
The on-site restaurant served some of the best food we had in Tulum—fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. Whether it was breakfast by the beach or cocktails at sunset, every meal was a delight.
We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of our return. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, authenticity, and a deep connection with nature, this hotel is it. Absolutely unforgettable.
