Good location, comfortable

Cons:

Confused by Hilton’s separate facilities when making reservations. Prefer the Hampton Inn side where I have stayed in the past (great corner rooms with walk-in showers). Didn’t need or took advantage of a suite.

INCREDIBLE HOTEL!!!
Pros:

We loved this hotel, very safe and clean throughout the hotel! And close to everything around in Long Beach.

Cons:

Our king size bed wasn't comfortable at all!!! It was very very lumpy.

Would not recommend! Definitely not worth the rudeness for the price
Pros:

Nice location, great breakfast.

Cons:

Staff was rude, was really over crowded at breakfast, people were loud and they decided to put small children on 5th floor and then harass us. Floor in room was horribly vibrating!

Our Family totally loved the breakfast and the location was perfect ❤️Our Breakfast Hostess Nellie and Hallie were Excellent they were very accommodating to Me and My Family ❤️Especially Nellie ..she made our breakfast experience unforgettable with her daily Banana Greatings🤩Messages ..My 3 👦🏻Sons who are profoundly Deaf really appreciated this type of communication…ThankYou Sooo VeryMuch to your FrontDesk Ladies ❤️Nehriely💜Karen❤️Joanna💜Lupe and Dana..We got off to a rough start when we arrived but Nehriely managed to get us a hearing impaired room for the deaf..We greatly appreciated all the efforts to make our stay Amazing 🤩 May PapaGod’s Blessings be with you all💜🙏🏼✝️🤟🏽

That our reservation for a handicapped room was not given/available ..You see I have 3 Deaf Sons so I made arrangements for these rooms one month early but the FrontDesk Nehriely fixed the accommodations 🤩
