Pros:

Expedia confirmed this reservation and immediately took my money. However, upon arriving at this hotel we were informed of several lies Expedia told us:
1) The hotel does not allow foreign guests
2) The hotel has not accepted third party reservations for over two years. All bookings are made directly to the hotel.
3) No one from Expedia or any other third party contacted them to confirm my reservation or resolve the problem I was dealt by expedia's lies.

Pros:

Excellent service. Attentive and Generous. Late check out @no charge. Relaxing nature environment with lots of green. Cute pool with changing light colors.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Good local restaurant but no room service menu. A good 20 minutes from the airport, opposite direction from city centre.

Superb, ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!!!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful, everything from the room to the service to the pool was superb! One of the best stays I’ve ever had! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Exceeded my expectations a million times over! Love love LOVED it! Will absolutely be back and would recommend to everyone!!

Pros:

I unfortunately suffered from a moto accident during my first day in Bagan. The staff were SO incredibly helpful in making me feel comfortable after my accident. Their staff helped me get to and from my room when I didn't have crutches or a wheelchair, they arranged a driver to take me to the clinic as well as another hospital in Nyaung-U and sent a staff member with me the entire time. They were extremely attentive to me and brought me food. I was traveling alone at the time and if it weren't for Shwe Yee Pwint's excellent service and courteous staff, I would not have gotten through my accident. THANK YOU so much to the staff and management of Shwe Yee Pwint Hotel for making my stay enjoyable and comfortable despite the unfortuante circumstances I found myself in. 10/10 would recommend them!
