Anna Hotel Budapest

The apartment is spacious, clean. The heat can be adjusted according to your wishes. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Quite well insulated, although it is a tram depot the noise is not disturbing. The only minus is the breakfast which is not varied, quite poor for a 4 star hotel.

My daughter & I stayed for 1 night whilst waiting for a train connection. Everything was great. Easy check in and very comfortable room. Only would have liked to have an English movie channel.

Room was absolutely spotless, shower room was wonderful with twin basins, all extractor fans worked perfectly, it was quiet, staff were excellent and the hotel is three to five minutes walk from two extremely frequent trams which both went to the main station and into central Budapest in 20 minutes, one of which crossed the river to Pest. It was utterly perfect

This hotel is excellent! We were worried driving towards the hotel that everything looked so run down but when we arrived the hotel stood out from everything around it, white, clean, beautifully built. The car was protected within the walls and a barrier was controlled from reception. This hotel claims to be 4* and it really is. Most hotels in Hungary are a least 1* below their claims but this was nearly 1* above. The stay was perfect. The room was cleaned and polished daily, it was spotless. The room was large enough to accommodate my large electric wheelchair and still have plenty of room. The shower was huge and was easy enough for me to get in with room for my carer to wash me. There was no seat or hand bars but I had not asked for them so I don't know if they were available. There was also not a marked disabled Parking space but one was saved when I requested one at booking. The reception staff and waiters were most helpful, providing ice to keep medicines cold. Booking in and out were speedy and trouble free. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Kelenfold travel hub where trains, metro, trams and busses are all available in 1 place. Also a large shopping centre provides anything you don't wish to go into the city for. All in all a great choice for a Budapest stay.

Just perfect

Large and very clean room, Nice staff. It is very quiet. The bathroom is spacious. The metroline 4 is at 10 minutes walk and the trams 19 and 49 are at 5 minutes.

Very good position, the tram station is very close to the hotel. Good parking slot. The breakfast was amazing and it was a lot of choices.

人通りが少ないので夜になると出歩くのは少し怖いと感じました。駐車場が充実しているようでEU圏の多くの宿泊客は車のようで問題ないと思います。

Me ha gustado mucho la habitación. El hotel está muy bien comunicado con el tranvía 49 y 19. La línea 4 de metro está a unos 100 metros. Centro comercial junto al metro. Personal atento y amable.

Anna Hotel is a nice hotel, the location is safe and near Kelenfold Train /Metro station.There is a shopping mall near the train station. My stay at Anna Hotel was enjoyable, the room is clean, spacious and comfortable, recommended!

Sauber,angenehm.

When we booked it, it said wifi and breakfast. At checkin we were told 15 euro for each person and each day for breakfast. And extra tax was charged for the room also. Why not list the extra cost on the erb page?
