U booked the room for three days and from 1st day geyser fridge was not working. No hanger in the cupboard were there, No lounging chair was there
On the second day room was not cleaned and inspite of giving complaint well in advance the hotel staff did not resolve the issue. Since fridge was not working I asked them chilled water which they did not supply giving flimsy excuses.
Overall I did not have good experience
I didn’t like anything in this stinky hotel. I booked a super room. They gave a dusty dirty room with broken window, washroom without toilet tissue. They didn’t even have the courtesy to subtract the money for the cost of super room to the ordinary room. Totally unfair financial practice. I will never go back to this hotel and won’t recommend to anyone.
