Für einen Kurztrip ein gutes Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung und dem Charme eines alten Gebäudes
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. In zwei Minuten ist man man mitten im Zentrum . Das Zimmer und das Bett waren sehr groß, Duche war auch Ok, leider nur zu wenig Licht. Die Toilette war nicht so in Ordnung, da es weder Fenster noch einen Abzug gab.
Leider liessen die Fenster sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage brachte auch nicht viel, so dass man ein wenig Frischluft gehabt hätte. Aber für ein oder zwei Nächte war es in Ordnung.

De locatie is natuurlijk perfect en midden in het centrum

Cons:

Er hing een muffe lucht in de badkamer. Daarnaast waren de armaturen niet echt goed kostte veel moeite om een kraan open of dicht te draaien. Daarnaast was de erg hoge prijs niet in balans met het gebodene. Kapottte schilderijtjes nog niet eens een kast om kleding in te hangen. Geen strijkijzer voorziening etc.

Pros:

Son emplacement qui nous a permis d’accéder aux sites à visiter à Maastricht et à sa situation toute proche de la place du marché ie du centre ville.
La sérénité du lieu et le cadre (ancien monastère)
Les deux suites donnant sur le jardin.
Le personnel attentif et disponible pour répondre à nos demande.
L’organisation par tranches d’heures du petit déjeuner est une trouvaille qui permet aux clients de ne pas attendre pour trouver une place et de servir dans l’immédiat

Cons:

En soirée, le bruit de la suite au quatrième étage…mais il est vrai que le samedi soir est toujours très bruyant en soirée au centre de Maastricht!

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gerne.

Tolle Lage, super Frühstück, freundliches Personal, sehr schön gestaltetes Haus

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und man konnte nur mit Mühe auf die eine Bettseite gelangen - leider gab es auch keinerlei Ablageflächen für Badutensilien oder Kleidung.

De locatie en het pand zelf zijn gewoon top.
En de sfeer van de kamer beviel zeker icm een goede badkamer

Cons:

De gastvrijheid van de onervaren medewerkers.
Daarnaast was het ontbijt karig.
Ik een paar jaar geleden ook in dit hotel geweest en tov toen lijkt het alsof er bespaard is op die zaken die het verblijf juist bijzonder maken. Behalve de locatie en het pand voelt het daardoor nu middle of the road aan

Geen warm welkom maar ontvangst door zuurpruim

Fijne locatie! Heel veel op loopafstand.

Cons:

Het inchecken...we moesten inchecken bij iemand die geen Nederlands sprak en overduidelijk geen zin had om gasten te verwelkomen. Vervolgens begreep deze persoon niet het verschil tussen een getrouwde naam en een meisjesnaam. Ook werd niet verteld hoe laat het ontbijt was en dat we WiFi op de kamers konden gebruiken. Dat konden we zelf makkelijk uitzoeken, maar daar gaat het niet om....
Later op de avond waren we op zoek naar de ontbijtzaal en zagen we hem daar weer. Ook toen een zure begroeting en pas nadat wij hem eerst gedag zeiden.
Heel jammer want deze persoon is geen visitekaartje voor het mooie hotel op goede locatie.
