Pros:

The staff were nice and easy to deal with

Cons:

The room was not much more than a Backpacker establishment. Facilities were well below acceptable standard. There was not even a kettle to boil water and no cups or tea / coffee provided. There was no elevator which meant carrying belongings and and down stairs.
Basically we were so disappointed that we immediately went out to find alternate accommodation and then returned and checked out. There was no offer to refund any of the four nights payment, which I had already prepaid.
Personally unless you are on a really tight budget I would not recommend staying there as it seriously is not as the name claims as "Grand"
