Отличный отель и SPA.
Pros:

Понравилось абсолютно всё. В это время года,за такую цену просто великолепно! СПА - отдельная тема,просто шикарно!

Pros:

한국인 30대부부인데 일단 호텔위치는 강 근처라좋습니다.
방도 깨끗하고 특히 화장실이 되게 모던하고 세련되었습니다.

Cons:

호텔하고 리조트가 붙어있는데 주소가 되게헷갈립니다. 조식 8시부터라는데 9시에 갔으나 안주길래 포기했더니 나중에 방으로 갖고오더라고요

Лучший отель в Капчагае
Pros:

Чистое, хрустящее белое белье, тишина и свежий воздух, всё что нужно уставшему от города человеку. Лена очень вежливая, все показала и радужно нас встретила, большое ей спасибо. Баня очень классная русская, удивила внутри купель и бассейн с подогревом классный. Хотелось остаться подольше. Совсем не хотела уезжать

Deux journées et une nuit de détente et dépaysement
Pros:

Piscine,hammam,sauna et la chambre avec lit extra large,climatisation,bouilloire.attention: 2 thés offerts,sans sucre donc sans cuillère à café.
Serviettes de bain prêtées.petit déjeuner avec oeufs brouillés,petit sandwich et légumes a croquer.tres bon.

Cons:

Pomme et debit de la douche trop faible. Eau fraiche dans 2 des piscines: la 3e,couverte était tiède.
Réservation faite,carte de crédit enregistrée mais une fois sur place, paiement par carte refusée.reglement en espèces.les seules CB acceptées fonctionnent avec Kaspi bank

Pros:

Очень понравилось внимание персонала и его помощь. Ехала впервые с младенцем отдыхать, было комфортно, чисто. В номер принесли люльку и дополнительные подушки,малыш в итоге со мной спал на огромной кровати и научился слазить с кровати впервые в отеле.

Классно, что разделили семейную часть и общую, но одновременно можно на общую сходить, посмотреть как люди без детей хорошо живут.

Cons:

Сложно было с малышом на второй этаж подниматься, в следующий раз буду просить на первом этаже. (Хотя как мне сказали там шумнее).

Pros:

Общее впечатление - положительное. Тихое по сравнению с рядом находящимся бич клабом место. Отлично почиллить у бассейна и покупаться в нем без лишних людей днем. Завтрак - стандартный, вкусный. Еда в ресторанах - отличная, обслуживание в части еды и напитков - хорошее.

Cons:

На территории корпуса 2 дня на зоне диванов около ресторана не были убраны объедки и остатки отдыха других гостей. Как будто эта зона - между ответственностью отеля и ресторана, но впечатление вызвало удручающее. Только после предупреждения на ресепшн персонал успокоил шумных гостей около бассейна а час ночи.

Pros:

Looks like it would be pretty during the summer.

Cons:

Everything. Could not eat in the restsurant. Site said complimentary breakfast, but I had to pay. No one was at the hotel.

Overpowering smell of sewer gas in the room. Resort was essentially closed for the season and not staffed to receive guests.
