Comfortable stay, felt safe and secure, reasonably priced
Pros:

Beautifully appointed room, comfy bed, close to beach, secure, free parking close by, reasonably priced

Cons:

Noise above us….likely furniture in the bistro above us being moved about til quite late. Fridge was dripping all night - was turned off both inside and at the wall for some reason

Pros:

Best accommodation in Frankston the food at the cheeky squire is amazing and they have room service to your hotel room and great value for money. I would highly recommend and was also accommodating towards my assistance dog was very pleased with my experience and I am definitely going there again.

Terrible stay
Pros:

The property was ok, however the reception wasnt manned so had to find staff in the bar if anything was needed.

Cons:

I stayed with my two sons both under 13. When we arrived for a Saturday night stay we were not warned that there would be two dj areas both playing very loud music until 3am! Unfortunately they also gave us a room that was underneath on of the floors. The bass was so much that the noise meant we could not even hear the tv in our room. When i went to speak to the manager for the second time at around 11pm due to the noise he seemed surprised that we had not been warned about the dj night. I have messaged the venue to complain and been ignored. I would definitely not stay here again or with a family

We all enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to arts centre for our entertainment. Lunch was great and fast service. Easy to get to coming from geelong.

I thought the place was appropriate fro my needs and satisfactory to my expectations.
Pros:

well presented and clean , modern design, conveniently located with views over channel.

Cons:

no lift to lower level and steps steep to navigate with a bag.(from reception)

Very good value for money and extremely comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

In a convenient location.
The room was comfortable and very quiet.
The restaurant and bar were above us which was very convenient and all staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The sealant in the shower looked a little grubby and the toilet seat wobbled.
