Upon checking in, my wife decided to take a shower, however, the shower head fell off. A quick call to reception and we were admirably assisted by both Bree and Jelly (sp), who quickly found us a new room. Bree went above and beyond to make sure the new room was made up. An unfortunate start to the stay made 100 times better by these 2 lovely ladies.

Great place. Great location. Plenty parking. Great beds. Great restaurant. Close to beach and shops.
The room was located on ground floor under the restaurant...and clearly there is no sound proofing between floors. All we heard was constant chairs moving/sliding on the floor and other loud noises presumably from the kitchen area... was very loud and clear.
The restaurant is great but underneath it...not so great. Noise eventually settled down presumably when the restaurant closed for the night.
Proximity (walking) to the beautiful Frankston beach. Also loved the restaurant!
Wi fi was not the best
Room was spacious and clean
the bed being locked and not rolling when you go to sit on the edge.
Beach Location.
The price was okay and the location was good.
We arrived at night and no one was there to answer the door and no instructions had been left. We stood outside for 20 minutes until someone came from across the street. When the guy finally came to the door he said, “oh sorry, I didn’t have the phone with me,” just as someone else flitted past behind him. He then gave us the keys and pointed us downstairs while offering no help with our four bags - there were two of us. When I asked him to hold on while I got the bags down the stairs he just kept giving instructions and was pretty rude. The next night we went to the bar/restaurant and a customer came up to ask for table water, after they walked away the guy behind the bar made a joke about taking them outside to show them where the water was. They really need better staff with better attitudes toward their customers.
