Pros:

朝食がとても美味しく、たくさんご馳走になりました。スタッフも丁寧な対応で、お部屋も綺麗でした。駐車場は車体の関係で近隣になりましたが、不便ではありませんでした。
また宿泊したいです。

チェックインして部屋に入って清潔感は感じたものの、エアコンを付けたら臭いが気になり、フロントに言ったら部屋を変えて頂きました。
新しい部屋も始めは多少気になりましたが、直ぐに消え快適に過ごすことができました！
対応が丁寧で助かりました。

2日目のタオルが用意されてなかったのは残念ですが、フロントに電話したらドアノブにかけておいてくれました。
清掃がゆきとどいていて良かったです。

깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 15시부터 로비에 커피머신이 있어서 그것도 좋았습니다. 마지막날은 조식을 1600엔에 먹었습니다. 아주 훌륭합니다. 신치토세공항을 오가는 버스도 10미터 거리에 있습니다.

地點極佳的飯店
Pros:

地點位置家離南北線、東豐線地鐵站出日口5分鐘內，距離狸小路商店街也是五分鐘內，附近有超市cocono、唐吉訶德也是約5分鐘路程，機場巴士接駁點也在附近，是值得再次入住的飯店。

Close to Chitose airport bus stop but not close to JR Sapporo station but I was travelling by bus both in & out.
Staff were really good
Wifi good
Lots of eating places close by
I would've preferred a slightly softer bed but that’s my only complaint
