Friendly staff, fantastic location
Pros:

Fantastic location for Zion. Walking distance to Zion visitor center. Great staff. Great breakfast. Nice facilities with pool, hot tub, fire pits.

Great place to stay to visit Zion!
Pros:

Great location — near enough to the park (1 mile) that if the busses are full, you can walk. Nice room, with enough space for four people to not bump into each other. Comfortable beds. Great view. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!!

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but if you don’t want to walk up to Zion before hiking, either get up early so you can drive to the parking lot while there’s space or take a bus to the far end and grab a bus coming back. The Springdale bus towards Zion is always full when it gets to the Best Western.

Sehr komfortables Hotel, ohne Schnick schnack, auf die Bedürfnisse der Hikers zugeschnitten
Pros:

Das Hotel kommt dem Hauptziel der meisten Gäste (Wandern im Zion National park) sehr entgegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ab 6:00 in der früh offen, was außergewöhnlich ist.

We would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Location to the park and restaurants was perfect. Loved being able to grab a hearty breakfast before touring the park. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Couple of minor things needed maintenance or replacing in the room.
