Pros:

With so many options to stay in Zion, we're conflicted about recommending this Best Western. The front desk staff is hit or miss. Some are incredible and what you would expect of a Best Western. Others made us feel like they did not want to be there. The breakfast and housekeeping staff, however, were AMAZING. Smiles and greetings for everyone, restocking and fulfilling requests with energy, and when hubby spilled coffee on his arm, they jumped into action, offering towels & ice and cleaning up the spill. We ran into Sarah our housekeeper in the hall the first morning and although we didn't need our room serviced, we asked for an extra blanket and towel. She ran, literally ran, to grab it for us right away.
Our room was clean and spacious. However the sofa bed mattress was thin with creaky springs and saggy parts. Our room was on the first floor in the last building. We could hear doors opening/closing, luggage bumping down the stairs, the guests above us and people walking & talking in the hall.
