Overall good experience especially considering the price we paid
Pros:

facility is new and seems well maintained

Cons:

I expect the room to be cleaned every day even we don't need towel change every day. However our room was only cleaned every other day, which is fine but not ideal. Breakfast can be better.

Great staff!
Pros:

Staff was outstandingly friendly and made us feel very welcome. We arrived very late and the front desk clerk was wonderful. I was so impressed with everyone we encountered there. Hotel is in a great location and room was very clean. We will be back!

Our 2 nights stay was busy and didn’t experience the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

Our room is next to the elevator and so much noise. Kids were running around and talking so loud. The room above us was also noisy

Excellent property, well maintained, and smelled amazing
Pros:

I liked everything about the property. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. And the smell of the hotel was amazing. It smelled so clean and fresh, which is a huge thing for me.

Cons:

For consideration, I do want management to consider providing shower mats. I have stayed at other Marriott properties and they provide a shower mat. The shower floor was a little slick and then when you cut on the water it makes for a slippery surface. And there was also no rail to hold onto in the shower. This is not a criticism. It’s just a recommendation to ensure that guests don’t accidentally slip in the shower.
