This property is not what it advertised to be! It states on its own website that it does breakfast… that’s not the case!
It advertises that it is a bar/cafe…this is not the case!
It is no better than a low end hostel. The only thing going for it is its location.
Not what I thought I had paid for.
No bar. No beer garden. To cafe. No staff. Dirty.
Nothing
The location it was dirty and smelled of damp
The Apartment is badly run down & very dated furniture that was in a terrible condition
Assolutamente deludente.
The room itself was fine - good amenities, fairly clean, and comfortable, althought it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Location was excellent, right in the city center.
The hotel itself was awful. Poor lighting, worn and dirty carpet and walls, and a maze of hallways. The elevator doesn't work and there is very limited parking - a very busy lot with no free spaces. There was no one there until about 3 p.m. and I had to ask the shopkeepers next door if it really was a hotel. She left before 5 p.m. and doors were locked. We had to haul luggage to the 3rd floor for our twin room. My cousins' room didn't lock, and we had to call to get another room, as the receptionist/manager had left. There is NO restaurant and NO bar. Although the location was excellent, it was the worst hotel I've stayed in by far.
Position centrale, silenzioso.
Camera carina.
Contatteremo Booking in merito.

Location is great to visit Stirling and surroundings.
Very disappointing experience at this hotel. No one was around to check us in, hotel locked up and looked abandoned. They did not answer the number provided to call and showed up 2.5 hours late to give us key. Very unprofessional young lady to check us in. Never saw staff after that to provide anything we may have needed. Room was not as it looked on website. Black mould in shower and dirty carpets.
Restaurant and bar was advertised but not operating, also front desk was supposed to operate 2pm-10pm which did not happen.
Entire property felt abandoned and had a lack of staff, I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone going to Stirling. It was a huge disappointment.
The room was nice. Beds were comfy and they provided extra pillows, towels and bed linen. The bedroom decor was lovely and the room was quite spacious. There were some lovely boutique touches. The tunnocks snowball was a cute touch along with a variety of teas and instant coffee sachets.
Location is great as you're in the centre of the town between the old and new part. There is a well lit public carpark about 5 mins walk away that charges £3.50 for 24 hours. It's also a five min walk from the train station.
The room was at the top of the building up stairs so this was fine with us but might prove difficult for those with physical restrictions. They do warn you about this when you book so I was aware and was ok with that.
The bathroom door was a sheet of some sort of wood on loud rollers so it was noisy to open & close which woke both of us each time the other went to the loo in the night. The water pressure in the shower was good but the water collected in the shower basin and there was black stains on the sealant. It felt extremely clean though.
It's more like an airbnb , there was someone to book us in but the building is not hosted apart from that and you just leave your key in the room and pull the door behind you. Again not a problem if you're aware but if you prefer a hotel experience there are options nearby.
This is a general hotel quibble but why do places charge more for a twin than a double bed? Still 2 people and same service offered to both after all.
