A horrible value for the price.
Pros:

Right in the center of town.

Cons:

The “bar/lobby” is never open at any time and nobody is ever there. The front door is locked for half of the day and the other half, there is just nobody there. We waited for a long time for someone to show up and check us in. Every other group we saw there had the exact same experience. We returned to the hotel once to a lady yelling at the employee that their family had been waiting for an hour for her to come check them in. The employee never gave any explanations or real apologies to anyone. An AirBnB with no host is much easier to deal with and is more welcoming. It felt very much like this is the way it is every day. Also, before our stay, I had sent two messages with questions. It took four days to get a reply to one and the other was never answered. All of this might be funny from a cheap hotel, but the cheapest room was almost $300/night in the summer. The two bedroom apartment was $430, very generic, it is out of range of the hotel’s WiFi, and every room has a window right next to the bar next door that is open until 1am and has live music. The dual pane windows make almost no difference.

Pros:

No breakfast available. Entrance to hotel tired looking. Location very central,

Cons:

Stairs very scruffy & needing refresh. The mirror in room was cracked, light fitting falling apart & tiny hand basin with plug that didn’t work.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Estaba muy sucio y no se podía cocinar, faltaba vajilla, no habia campana extractora, todos los electrodomésticos de la cocina estaban muy sucios y ni se podía cocinar, la moqueta estaba muy sucia, la mesa del comedor estaba muy sucia, sinceramente no lo recomiendo.

The location was perfect and the room was clean when checking in the girl was helpful parking was at rear of hotel so was very convenient plenty cafes and restaurants nearby 😊

Lovely bedroom
Pros:

My room was lovely, very clean and comfortable bed. The decor was great and tea and coffee provided.
Its location is fantastic which is why I choose it

Cons:

The entrance looks like it is falling apart and the carperts on staircase badly frayed. When I came back at 730pm locked up and could not get in night entrance so had to walk round to back and when I left at 830 still noone at reception

Location, room and bed were comfortable. Towels were great.

Cons:

It wasn't open when we arrived. Bearing in mind we had a 3 o'clock check in and arrived at around 3.30. We phoned the number on the window but no answer. I tried the number on booking.com but it was unavailable. We then tried the window number again and left a message. I also messaged through booking.com. Although we didn't get a reply a member of staff arrived and opened the front door to let us in at around 3.45. She said a member of staff had phoned in sick and she was there to cover.

Some great, some really bad.

Twice our card key failed to open our door. It took nearly an hour for somebody to show up to fix the problem.

Strange experience - anxiety to check-in; room okay; but do they have any staff?
Pros:

This hotel was weird because we never saw anyone like a front desk clerk. I'm not even sure they have a front desk. We arrived around 8:30 PM and the entire hotel was locked/chained in the front, which was incredibly disconcerting. We finally realized there was a note on a side door with a phone number for after-hours help. Called it -- no answer. YIKES! Called again and someone said they'd come give us a key. She gave us a key and left us to find our way upstairs to our room, which wasn't intuitive. There was a lift that didn't work. We never saw anyone after that during our two night stay. We used a code to go in the side door. The room itself was fine, although the bathroom was quite small. Overall it was just a really odd experience. Oh, also, the street was DIRTY in front of the hotel ... pretty gross ... tons of cigarette butts and trash everywhere.

Excellent location.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Easy walk to train and bus station.

Cons:

On the day we got there, there was no one in the office and everything was locked up with a big padlock. I rang the phone number I had,no one answered then next we see a light on and the host unlocked the door. On information we had, it said the office would be open from 2 pm, this was just after 3pm.
