Un discreto hotel molto datato ma con personale cordiale e disponibile
Pros:

Hotel discreto. Buona la posizione. Comodo il parcheggio pubblico gratuito nei pressi dell'albergo. Datato come mobilio ed arredo. Manopola della doccia durissima(da sistemare). Letto molto comodo. Zona silenziosa. Colazione al di sotto di altre strutture di pari categoria da me frequentate

Hotel Savona did not disappoint
Pros:

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The location was very convenient for local facilities and for travelling outside the immediate area. All of the staff were very helpful and efficient. The meals were plentiful and delicious.

Cons:

There was only a one hour slot allowed for dinner. The hot water pressure was very weak.

Bellissimo hotel con potenzialità da valorizzare
Pros:

L'albergo,in posizione davvero perfetta sia per il corso che per la funicolare ed il parco delle terme, è molto, molto signorile: la hall e la sala da pranzo hanno arredamenti e soffitti eleganti e ricercati, con lampadari bellissimi e dettagli raffinati. Il personale è gentilissimo ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Cibo buonissimo a cena, con menù a scelta, che ci è piaciuto davvero tanto. Colazione ricca ed abbondante, con servizio impeccabile.

Cons:

Purtroppo la bellezza della struttura, della hall e dei saloni non corrisponde alla bellezza del bagno della camera, purtroppo trasandato e bisognoso di ristrutturazione.
Per un albergo così bello e con quelle potenzialità è un vero peccato. Camera spaziosa e letto comodi. Pulizia, però , non proprio impeccabile , polvere sui mobili che ho tolto io. La TV non funzionava bene.

La strutturae è molto vicina al centro termale e al centro cittadino, ill personale è stato super gentile e disponibile e lacolazione era buona.

Clean, simple hotel.
Pros:

This hotel was very clean but not suited to a single lady traveller as mostly men there for work. Breakfast was from 730 to 830 and same for dinner, quite rushed when you're on holiday so best to get room only as lovely places to eat.
Well located in a quiet road but near everything. The staff were lovely and friendly but not much English spoken.
Montecatini is the most beautiful place I've ever been to with trains going to Pisa, Viareggio, Luca and Florence and well worth a visit. The Tettuccio Spa was amazing and I went to two operas and a dance show in a week so a very cultural place.

We loved this place. Staff were friendly and full of character - they couldn’t be more helpful.
Loved the food and it’s inspired us to be a bit more Italian in portions

Shower curtain needs rethinking as it only covers half it should do
