I liked the hospitality with which the workers welcomed me, as well as their kind and attentive character. The food was also exceptional, the best in the city in my experience. The cleanliness of the lobby and my room during my stay was perfect, and the quality of the wifi connectivity was also remarkable.
Nothing. Everything was good.
So clean and welcoming. The staff were all so lovely. Reception helpful with ordering taxis and quickly seeing to any issues. The restaurant attached to the hotel was a welcome respite with warm attentive staff and good food. I wish we had the chance to eat there more often
Not really anything
L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier de Gauthier avec plein de restaurants sympas autour. Il est dans une petite rue relativement calme, ce qui est plutôt rare à Casa.
Propre et fonctionnel.
Nous avions une chambre a 2 lits, mais une seule lampe de chevet. On en a demandé une seconde, qui n'était toujours pas arrivée lors de notre départ.
Des bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre seraient bienvenues.
It is great location, many bars and shops are nearby, as well as it is walking distance to the Arab League Park.
There was not even one bottle of water in the room, either complementary or to be charged for, and only 2 towels in the bathroom (one large and one small). The person who answered the phone during night when I called from the airport did not speak English.

Clean, but could be better. Could use a little more space in the room. Breakfast was very, very ordinary…. Traditional but not delicious as traditional marocain breakfast are…
