Quarto espaçoso, extremamente limpo, muito bonito e novo. A localização é ótima, muitos restaurante em volta, recomendo o japones em frente é perfeito. Os funcionários eram muito educados!

Elevador era meio agressivo, fechava na gente se não saisse rápido, tv não funcionaou nenhum dia avisei na recepção mas não deram muita importancia, no check-in me cobraram um valor diferente do booking pois no sistema deles estava somente 1 pessoa, eu vi na tela, mas como eu tinha a reserva no email que confirmava 2 pessoas, eles pediram desculpas e mantiveram o preço. O café da manhã era sofrido, tem um restaurante super legal no hotel mas as comidas do café da manhã lá são eestranhas, não tem gosto de nada, nem salgado nem doce.

En general todo bien ..el desayuno muy rico

Cons:

Habíamos contratado servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto pero la persona nunca estuvo afuera con un cartel con nuestros nombres ni con el nombre del hotel... Al parecer no se dieron cuenta de la hora en que el vuelo llegó ni tuvieron presentes los tiempos para hacer inmigración y salir del aeropuerto

Het was een prima hotel toen we kwamen met een late vlucht aan in casablanca.
Best veel op loop afstand maar soms zijn de straten niet altijd even leuk.
