Kleines, feines Stadthotel mit super Lage.
Pros:

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gutes Frühstück, optimale Lage nahe der Bushaltestelle und gut fussläufig zu vielen Attraktionen.

OK location, clean but very basic

The breakfast was good -- a full breakfast with eggs if you wished.

Cons:

It calls itself "boutique" but this is just code for 3 star. It's small, facilities and rooms are very basic, but clean. Location was good in that there were some good restaurants around and quiet.

Beautiful hotel with genuine hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere.
Pros:

This was easily one of my favorite stays during my entire month in Morocco and Spain. The hotel is beautiful with awesome decor, especially in the restaurant, and my room was spacious, spotlessly clean, with a big shower and reliably hot water. Everything just worked perfectly - great WiFi, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful atmosphere throughout.
But what really elevated this place was the front desk guy who was incredibly friendly, down to earth, and genuinely funny. I walked here from the train station (which dropped me at the wrong place) and arrived sweating profusely - he immediately made a lighthearted joke about it that broke the ice. I asked him questions throughout my stay, and at one point he laughed and said "Oh, more questions?!" His warmth made the stay feel personal. I left him a little note when I checked out telling him to take care.
The location is excellent - walkable and felt safe, with easy access to Marché Central (Central Market) on foot and Habous Market by taxi. And here's a bonus: it's close to an incredible coffee shop called BONDI where I had the best flat white of my entire life. Seriously, if you're a coffee person, don't miss it.
The hotel restaurant deserves mention too - while breakfast was just okay, I went for dessert one night and it was awesome.
I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.
Good to know: It's a bit spendy compared to other Morocco accommodations, but totally worth it for the quality and experience.

Cons:

No coffee maker or electric kettle in the room - I really think these should be standard in every hotel room!
The breakfast was meh - boring with a limited selection. Not terrible, just nothing special compared to other places I stayed in Morocco.
OVERALL:
Sometimes everything just comes together perfectly - the comfort, the location, the hospitality, the vibe. This was one of those places. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Casablanca.

hôtel très bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Personnel très disponible et agréable.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner de qualité, dommage que la porte du restaurant soit toujours ouverte, en hiver c'est un peu frais.
