Grand Hyatt Manila

The room layout is different than typical hotel in a very pleasant and functional way. Overall service was efficient, accommodating and friendly. This Grand Hyatt Manila did not disappoint as the service was as great if not better than other Grand Hyatts in the US.

We just returned from yet another amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila in Bonifacio Global City, and it continues to exceed all expectations. Not only are the amenities beautiful, modern and comfortable, but it truly is the people that make the difference.

The highlight of our trip was the outstanding personalized service from the team across different areas. At the Illume Spa, we indulged in truly rejuvenating massages and facials – Lorraine, Apple, Cynthia, and our wonderful host Anne were absolute professionals, attentive, skilled, and made the experience incredibly relaxing and tailored to our needs.

The Grand Club Lounge on the 57th floor team Jessica, Hannah, Matt, Arthur, Tasha, DJ, and John went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, remembering our preferences, offering thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring every visit was seamless and enjoyable. DJ and Matt ensured that we were able to get the adjoining room for my mother, whom we traveled to Manila to spend time with -- so it made all the difference.

We also spent relaxing afternoons by the beautiful outdoor pool, where Carien and Johan provided excellent poolside service – attentive without being intrusive, quick with refreshments, and always with a genuine smile.

From check-in to departure, the entire staff embodied true Filipino warmth and Hyatt excellence. This was our fourth stay, and it won't be our last – Grand Hyatt Manila consistently delivers memorable, five-star experiences. Highly recommend!

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We visited Manila and did not want to be stuck in traffic so we booked this hotel. I was very impressed with the room, it was very spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were 3 separate rooms for the bathtub, shower and toilet (which is perfect when the kids wanted to swim in the tub, we could still use the shower or toilet.) They have special access to Mitsukoshi mall. For breakfast the Filipino food choices were fantastic and exceeded expectations. There was a large Olympic size pool, there was a kids pool as well but is was not heated.

The location is amazing. Walking distance from many attractions like Uptown and High Street Bonifacio. The rooms are nice and clean. The rainfall shower was so refreshing. The staffs were attentive and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended and Will definitely stay again.

Awesome service, beautiful and spacious rooms and wonderful view. I would definitely book here again when returning to Manila.

Overall staff is great . pool, spa staff and facilities are excellent. Excellent location; very good dining options. Rooms are tastefully designed.

My stay at Grand Hyatt Manila was exceptional and truly memorable. What stands out most about this hotel is the consistency of service, the quality of the staff, and its very convenient location.

From arrival, everything felt smooth and well organized. Check in with Daryl was efficient and welcoming. The front of house experience was excellent, and Aaron at the entrance deserves special recognition. He consistently greeted guests with a genuine smile and positive energy. While waiting for my Grab, which can take time in Manila due to traffic, he would make conversation and ensure the wait felt comfortable and unhurried. I also observed how attentively he interacted with other guests. These small but thoughtful interactions made arrivals and departures noticeably more pleasant.

The concierge team was outstanding. Paulo is truly a gem, knowledgeable, proactive, and thoughtful with his recommendations. Frank was very friendly and approachable, and Dexter was equally professional and helpful. Their support made navigating the city easy and stress free.

The hotel’s location is a major advantage. It is extremely convenient, with easy access to malls, hospitals, and a wide variety of coffee shops and dining options nearby. Whether visiting for business or leisure, everything you might need is close by.

The facilities are excellent. The gym is well equipped with modern equipment and suitable for both strength and cardio training. Towels are provided, which adds to the overall convenience and comfort of the experience.

The dining options within the hotel are extensive and well curated, offering something for every preference, from casual meals to more refined experiences. Service across the outlets was consistently attentive and professional.

Housekeeping kept the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay, and the laundry service was excellent. My special instructions were followed carefully, and my clothes were returned neatly folded and on time. Thoughtful gestures, such as the complimentary fruit cake delivered to my room on Christmas Eve, added a personal touch that made the stay feel special.

I am surprised no one mentioned the bathroom's major flaw! If you're traveling with family, I do not recommend staying here! The bathroom windows are basically see-through to the bedroom. We all had to shower in the dark to get any semblance of actual privacy. There's no way to get it otherwise. A huge flaw.
Otherwise, good rooms. Great lounge! Great staff. Would still stay elsewhere due to privacy issues.

I left for the day and came back to a clean room, a kind note, and a fun towel animal on my room table! Thank you Francia and Dyrelle!

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Manila.
Since I checked in, Lyn from front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room is very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated Francia & Wayhard from housekeeping for the cake and wine that they provided for us. Staff really stood out. Very professional. The cleanliness and the stunning city views make it more perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

BAIT AND SWITCH TACTIC when I bought the Club Lounge Access for the 2 rooms in my reservation!!! That was THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT on this stay!!!
December 16, 2025 I called in and spoke to a front desk Staff who told me that if I purchase the club lounge access, we will get FULL DAY ACCESS on December 25th up until checkout time on December 26th. When a staff at the grand club confirmed the addition of my purchased club lounge access, ONCE AGAIN, the Grand Club staff confirmed that my entire party will get FULL DAY ACCESS on December 25th up until checkout time on December 26th.
But up an ACTUAL CHECK-IN DAY, I was told that December 25 access will only begin on 12 noon —>> THE BIG DECEIT ON A PAID ADD-ON !!!!!

Location of the hotel was great, just a stone's throw to a mall. Traffic around the area wasn't bad.
Room was great. Housekeeping did a good kob keeping it ready for occupancy. The cleaners Ranz and Joyce were friendly and respectful. They did a great job with the room, it smelled good too.

Grand Hyatt Manila is a convenient, well-equipped, and really grand hotel. we enjoyed the service the convenience of restaurants within the hotel, the cleanliness, and the amenities provided.

Good location, nice room. Manual buttons on lights. Breakfast area is large, like in Shangri la. Using glass insteas of plastic bottled water

Spacious room. Comfort room is detached, more people can actually move. The place was neat. An 50min drive from 29kms away, was great. Bustling commercial complex, just a walk away. To experience a BGC weekend. Check-in was okay, on the dot. None, just the ease and convenience to the malls. Noise was minimum due to upper floor location. Manageable crowd.

The rooms are big comfortable and stylish. Location is perfect for us. There is value for money - we love the Balmain bathroom products they all smell superb. Bellman Jepoy (jeffrey) efficiently picked up and stored my belongings - stapled the paper bags as I instructed him. Bellman Roi ably assisted me re car service and to add items to my stored bags. One female operator though displayed some temerity through phone, this was discussed and addressed by Vanessa the day manager who allowed an extended stay to compensate. The buffet at the GK was average…The Cellar was better in terms of food except that one male staff was “over acting” in his “jologs” approach to us which didnt match the restau vibe. First he spoke in tagalog like i was in some local restau. His overly eager attitude w matching facial expressions led me to even suspected he was “high on something” . Bt later on he “redeemed” himself. Apparently he was just after some lousy tip hahaha. At the Lounge - the Sweet and sour pork was terribly hard and difficult to slice let alone chew last Dec 26 but they changed it without charge. Bt it didnt compensate for the real taste i was craving for given limited mains. The Puresound band was amazing - vocals and instrumentation. You should have them as regulars!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was super helpful. The food was fantastic. The spa was immaculate and the services were great. Concierge support was extraordinary. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional service, and the staff are very attentive. The spa and fittness centre were exellent. From the grand club lounge on the 57th floor, there is a very good view of the surounding city. Food and service in the lounge was great.
