Pros:

Estaba todo muy limpio

Cons:

Tuve problemas para conectarme al internet. También tuvimos problemas con el ruido que hicieron en el piso de arriba, muchos gritos y andaban corre y corre que no se pudo dormir. También encontramos una araña en el techo.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t check bathroom stock of shampoo, conditioner so it was empty/low. No one told us about the key cards for using lights. There wasn’t info in the room for WiFi info. We were discussing using uber for the casino when staff mentioned there’s shuttle service. It would have been helpful to know in advance

What a wonderful experience!

What a wonderful experience. Makayla the GM is absolutely amazing! You a tell she is an experienced leader! Rosemary and Amy were amazing at the front desk. Juana made a beautiful breakfast each morning and was so patient and kind. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you, Mary Zavala

Very good until staff intervened and screwed it all up!
Cons:

The freaking day staff! I work construction up to 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. I get very little time off. All I wanted to do was lay around the room and float in the pool and spend time with my girl and instead I get thrown out of my room after I stayed an entire night and then some and if I just hadn't gone down to the front desk to re-program my keys I would have been fine and completed my stay in a satisfactory way but instead my temporary ID that had been roughed up by the elements being that I work construction outside and was perfectly acceptable the first night was deemed unusable the second night and at 6 pm I was thrown out of my room and to this point haven't even received a refund. I will be contacting the BBB about these events.
