Reflections on Civitas Hotel, Kigali, Rwanda
Pros:

I had wonderful experience at Civitas Hotel Kigali, Rwanda. It is in a great location with a lot of fun activities going on. The hotel is clean and the food is great. Breakfast seems set but quite good. The staff is very nice and the general location, like much of Kigali in general, is safe and pleasant.
