Pros:

La alberca techada muy bien, climatizada, las instalaciones bien en general aunque podrían mejorar un poco en el tema de la limpieza, la alberca al aire libre,muy bonita vista pero demasiado frío, por la temporada en qué fui (enero) supongo que en otra época está bien

Cons:

El servicio de valet pésimo, tardan demasiado, la persona que está a cargo no se da a basto deberían contratar más personal, nadie te ayuda con las maletas, la información por parte de la recepción es nula, por el precio de la estancia podrían mejorar

Cons:

Muchos perros, no habia plancha y tardaron muchísimo en llevar una, cuando por fin la llevaron no servía,
Con respecto a los perros, había más animales ( perros y gatos en elevador que personas.
Estuvo 2 o 3 días descompuesto 1 elevador

Agradable por la ubicación y la limpieza de las habitaciones.
Pros:

La atención del personal de comedor es deficiente, llegamos después de la hora del buffet y pedimos a la carta, se tardaron mucho en llevar los alimentos y el trato no fue amable, no fuimos los únicos comensales que esperamos mucho tiempo en ser atendidos.

Cons:

Los colchones de las camas ya están muy desgastados, no permiten un buen descanso.

Breakfast is basic, lacks of local food options and staff is outnumbered, service can be veeery slow.

Cons:

Access is limited for people with walking dissabilities, although there is some special equipment for this, I never saw it was used for any guest.

Muy agradable pero con detalles de mantenimiento en cuartos y pasillos.

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Falta atención al detalle en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones. La pared manchada. Esquina con oxida y en el pasarlo un fuerte olor a humedad.

La ubicación es excelente. No tiene acceso directo a la playa Pero el acceso en la calle está muy cerca . El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

El estacionamiento es un desastre. No hay entrada directa del estacionamiento al hotel,tienes que recorrer el estacionamiento y áreas de servicio que están oscuras y sucias. La habitación es suficiente Pero se siente pequeña. Los muebles y algunas áreas como la alberca techada se ven deteriorados. No corresponde a la calidad Marriott.
