Pros:

El hotel es bonito y cómodo, el personal es demasiado amable.

Cons:

La alberca dentro del hotel no se encuentra climatizada, el agua es muy fría lo cual hace que no pueda disfrutarse, el buffet que sirven en el restaurante no tiene variedad, carecen de muchos productos, no vale la pena pagarlo, en el cuarto siempre hubo mucha humedad.

Pon atención en el mantenimiento !
Pros:

El cuarto muy cómodo, la ropa de cama y almohadas excelentes, blackout en las ventanas , agusto.

Cons:

Mantenimiento malo, no servía el teléfono para hablar a recepción y room service, el agua fría no había agua caliente. En el hotel había un evento y estaba totalmente ocupado por el evento y no había lugar en el restaurante para huespedes , solo en la barra donde habia 4 lugares ocupados.

Las instalaciones y la ubicación me pareció excelente opción si requieres estar cerca de Worl Trade center, plazas y playa de boca del rio

Cons:

del estacionamiento en el valet parking no hay gente hay qu esperar

El hotel esta un poco descuidado , el personal es una maravilla . 1 elevador no servía. En nuestro cuarto la ducha no servía bien . La cafetera no servía.

Pros:

No tenía mucha expectativa y me llevé una grata sorpresa, el lugar tiene una ubicación envidiable, muy limpio, con un gran balance entre precio y servicio recibido. Lo recomiendo completamente, tanto para negocios como para viajes con familia.

Pros:

Excelente desayuno. Inmejorable la atención de las personas: cálida. amable y profesional.

Cons:

Pensamos que la playa estaba (hacía parte) del hotel. No ha sido así.

Un hotel bonito con estacionamiento incómodo y al que tienes que insistir para obtener tu factura.
Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado cerca del centro de convenciones y centros comerciales. Está limpio y bien mantenido.

Cons:

El precio está en el rango alto. El estacionamiento es muy incómodo. No me emitieron la factura al momento de hacer el check out , dijeron que la enviarían y no lo hicieron.

Ubicación, limpieza, trato del personal y vistas de la habitación.

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho el murmullo de los huespedes de las habitaciones contigüas. Tabiques muy finos.

Average hotel with high price
Pros:

The hotel is old and showing it. I’ve been in worse chain hotels which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 3, but the rooms smell of mildew as they have poor ventilation. Restaurant prices are exorbitant for very average food. Staff are friendly, but amenities are also average. Pools are small, one indoor and one outdoor. Parking your own car entails a trek through the bowels of the service areas. We needed a doctor and the hotel was unable to provide one or offer contact information of one.
