Our stay was nice, but I reserved our room through a third party, Booking.com and when I tried to check in the receptionist had a difficult time finding my reservation and that cause much stress at the very beginning of our stay. The Manager had to get involved but then we found our reservation. We had driven from a very far distance to find that no reservation was available.
Very dirty windows I couldn't even look out of them.
I had no idea there was a breakfast nobody told me..
hotel is new and very clean pool. also staff are so nice
the location is far from the restaurant and shop
Clean, neat, new
Lots of construction
What a great property! I highly recommend it.
Neighborhood not very walkable.

bad smell.. construction view
Had a great impromptu stay here on a Friday night when I decided I didn’t feel like getting stuck in traffic. I didn’t have overnight gear so couldn’t fully enjoy the pool and such but I had a really great stay. Comfortable, large room, good rate, excellent service, food was good. Just the experience I was looking for.
Staff service was very welcoming
The lobby is beautiful
The staff is horrible . Nothing was organized I got double charged for using booking. Com
I didn’t get the balcony room that I paid for I got put in a handicap room I paid 1500 for 3 nights and was worst 1500 ever spent
Said there was a bay view and there was not a bay view. There was construction and another hotel.
