Deposit of $50 was not refunded along w/stolen watch. I was told that booking company will send receipts & company (hotel) will follow up/ address watch. To no avail. Pls note I was also asked to returned to room to look for watch.

I will definitely return to this exact hotel! All the staff and hotel over all was great!
Pros:

When I first got to the hotel by the looks of the parking lot and surrounding area, I was really skeptical about how it would be and look on the inside. Definitely don’t judge a book by its surrounding covers. The hotel is very nice inside! Room was easy to keep cool and very clean.
All the Staff were always very friendly, respectful, polite and helpful! My towels were replaced daily and trash taken out and room serviced.
The breakfast was awesome! There was something for us all! My kids loved the pancake maker and the food taste great!!

Cons:

I didn’t like the parking. You just have to get there earlier than others to be able to get a good spot. It seemed like a lot of work trucks were taking up spots. I also didn’t like being locked out of my room for over 30 minutes. The key wouldn’t work when I returned from getting ice but front desk clerk was quick to jump in and help me. There just needs to be a better system for when the keypad dies and needs to be charged. A system could have been used to see how low the battery was or something to prevent it dying on me and locking me out. But that wouldn’t stop me from returning.
