Beware of this HI XpressMusic in Summerville, SC

I didn't wait.

Cons:

The Holiday Inn charged my debit card an extra $50 for incidentals on March 6 and assured me that it would be returned to my bank in 7 to 10 days; 2weeks later, no return. The manager said she was searching but my name was misspelled, but she found it, and I would receive it in 24 to 48 hours. I did not. A week later I was told that it was lost in the Opera system but found; once again I was assured that I would receive it in 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive it. I called a third time, and she hung up on me. Then I contacted the corporate level, and they said that the hotel is responsible for returning it to me. Booking.com has warned me that suspicious activity has happened on my account.
