Pros:

Everything was wonderful… to the friendly staff to the very clean room and facility. I especially liked the Keurig coffee maker with the bold tasting k-cups!

Cons:

The first room I was in the heat was not working and the hostess basically told me to deal with it because that’s as thats as warm as the room was gonna get or to downgrade my accommodations. After some back-and-forth debate over the phone and in person she was able to move me to a room with adequate heating after expressing the temperature dropping in the area and how we would have to sleep fully close to stay warm in the first room. Additionally, the rooms were not clean properly. The had hair in the bed when you pull back the blanket . The shower was had dirty footprints in it, and one of the beds had a used mouthguard under the sheet.

Will not be using booking.com based on our dismal experience with their customer service
Cons:

Booking.com support was underwhelming . Especially when we were told that the hotel did not receive payment on the pre-paid booking with booking.com and will need to charge me a second time.The issue was clearly with booking .com and not with the hotel.
