Pros:

Good value stay about 10 minutes from public transport.
The breakfast was good, but bear in mind it is shared with the holiday in express next door so gets busy.
The room was quiet, had blackout blinds, a wide range of tv channels and an excellent shower.
My main complaint would be the service, it took 20 minutes for staff to arrive to check us in. The staff couldnt give any advice about public transport options. We also had to call for towels and soap to be delivered to the room. We did this for 2 nights in a row, no soap was ever replaced and we gave up in the end.

The Hotel didn’t clean my room after the first night which they claimed was a “green” initiative. When I mentioned it they said it was policy and when I said I needed a coffee sachet nothing happened. Poor.

Super hotel, bien équipé. Par contre dommage on m'a dit que j'avais le deoit au petit dej alors que ce n'etait pas le cas. Jnai du payer 23€ apres avoir commence a manger

Leider ist dies ein schlechtes Hotel.

- 1h Wartezeit beim Checkin, eine Person die zwar sehr bemüht war aber viel zu langsam für den Andrang
- Zimmer bekommen welches noch nicht gereinigt war. Also erneut warten. Das Zimmer war danach immer noch dreckig.

Es war an diesem Wochenende das Adele Konzert. Trotzdem darf bei den viel zu hohen Zimmerpreisen mehr Qualität erwartet werden. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht.

The check in stared a bit rough with a guest who’s credit card didn’t work but the staff handled the situation amazingly and managed to provide me with a room upgrade for the long wait which was very appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and safe and many options for transportation to the city. Would totally stay here again.

Meine Buchung wurde zuerst nicht gefunden, von einem extrem schlecht deutsch und englisch sprechenden Mitarbeiter. Dauer 10min, bis ich einen nativ deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeiter verlangte, er sprach eigentlich französisch und löste das Thema nach 3sec.
In Wirklichkeit trafen wir nur einmal auf eine nativ deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiterin. Eine Gruppe von ca. 30(15 Paare) neuen Gästen war erst nach ca. 2 Stunden eingecheckt, bei 5 Mitarbeiten die damit beschäftigt waren.
Abends/nachts nur ein Mitarbeiter, der allerdings sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war, def. zu wenig.
Das EC Karten Gerät funktionierte nicht und das war schon seit Wochen bekannt.
Pepsi, kein Coca Cola, geht in Europa gar nicht.
€ 19,-- für die Tiefgarage sind zuviel, bei der Lage.

Great stay, very good staff with bartender Abdel singled out as superb. Tried to “save the planet” by twice saying to reception staff in good time that housekeeping wasn’t required (as per the in room sign) but was still carried out. Not a problem, just an observation.
