I love Staybridge. It’s very clean and the employees are very nice and respectful that this is a wonderful place to stay.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about my stay you had this one employee named Diane I came down that night to get towels around about 9.40 this is what she told me go back to my room bring my towels down and she’ll be gladly give me some more and I’m thinking housekeeping get them in the morning. and when I check seeing this is not the first time she did this to me. I asked cause she do the deposit on this card so I can pay it on another card that I had that I had the money on. She said she couldn’t do it that way and then she got my bank card locked then when I pay with Booking.com, I had to book again and I’m paying back money now from the last time when she didn’t do it the way I asked her to do it either way it’s supposed to be done.

Pros:

The overall location and facilities are decent. Breakfast is always a plus; however, service was slower than on previous occasions. This was my third or fourth stay at the same hotel during the graduation season.

Cons:

It was disappointing that my reservation was for a 2-queen bed, and it was somehow changed to a single king bed only. There was no communication explaining why, but despite the sleeping capacity being the same, I should have been informed of the change. It was too late to go back to the desk to request a change.

I’ve come to expect a very good experience at Staybridge and this particular hotel met or exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

The parking lot was extremely well lit. The property was within walking distance of the baseball stadium and other downtown venues. The room was well appointed and very clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Every staff member that we met was very nice and accommodating.

Pros:

Everyone was very nice and it was clean and had everything you need.

Cons:

They ran out of food at breakfast and we had to wait over 20 minutes. They should be ready to refill all of the food as soon as it's ready but instead, they didn't start cooking it until it ran out. Other, than that, it was good.
