Staff was friendly

Cons:

When i arrived for my stay i was told my reservations were cancelled, i did not cancel obviously since I was there, was told they have had issues with booking reservations
This was not the first time i had this issue at the same location

Do not stay, workers will take from you

Property was clean, good location

Cons:

Staff is rude, and I departed and forgot a $2,000 valued item, that I in fact knew exactly where I left it- and conveniently staff “ couldn’t “ find it. Manager would not check cameras and/or checking staffs work carts/pockets. Police report made, and claim filed with corp. Just be mindful, if you leave something of course on accident they are fishy, and you won’t get it back.

Exceptional facility!!
Pros:

EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable room, bed, shower, towels, etc!! Breakfast was magnificent!! Rene kept it stocked and SPOTLESS!!

Very disappointed as loyal customers who exclusively stay at holiday inns every week nearly.
Pros:

Location and price.

Cons:

The beds springs had blown out. I didn't sleep almost at all. I was in such pain in the morning and for few days now am In pain. Bit upset because we were huge Holiday Inn family. My husband stays with them nearly once a week for work. And whenever we are on vacation. However the fact that beds can be this bad and stained as bad as this rooms was, changed our outlook.

Estadia agradável!
Pros:

Quarto mais espaçoso do que o habitual para um Holiday Inn. Apesar do hotel estar lotado, não havia ruído externo, boa insonorização.
