The lady that was stationed at the food serving station (older African American) was rude and unpleasant. Made us feel as though we were a bother.

Pros:

Breakfast didn’t meet my expectations and other hotels I have stayed at definitely had better breakfast. Not many options and the fruit (bananas) they did have was all brown and black.

The property was located right off the highway which made travel for work simple. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

I booked this hotel based off of the reviews saying how great it was and for the fact that it had a hot tub which I desperately needed. The room had an odd smell the entire time. I can’t put my finger on it. Sometimes it felt like a moldy or musty smell other times it almost smelled chemical. Either way it was no good. The hot tub was freezing cold and they “fixed it” and it never heated back up so it was not what I needed and defeated the purpose of me choosing this hotel. When I asked the worker about it he said he doesn’t work for maintenance and they are not on site so he doesn’t know what to do about it. Not helpful obviously.
