SLECHT SLECHT SLECHT!!! Dit word flink afgeraden! Allemaal onbeschofte mensen. Booking hebben ze een tweepersoonskamer staan maar was blijkbaar een eenpersoonskamer wat ze zelf verkeerd hebben gedaan. Duidelijk gebeld met de mensen die daar werken! Aangegeven dat er eenpersoonskamer staat maar tweepersoons is. Hij heeft gezegd dat ik het zo moest boeken! Na aankomst hebben ze om geld gevraagd en ik zei nee. Nadat we hebben uitgecheckt weer geld gevraagd. Duidelijk al betaald maar nog opdringerig. Daarna tegen mij schreeuwend gezegd dat ik niet meer welkom ben. Alsof ik nog ooit in jullie hotel kom! Word dik afgeraden!

Pros:

Meget venlige personale. Dog super ubehagelig oplevelse som gjorde at jeg følte mig utryg. Der var høj musik stort set hele aftenen fra værelset ved siden af.
Vi flyttede værelse og kunne igen konstatere at der var larm fra gangen. Dårlig lydisolation, du kan stort set høre alt hvad der bliver snakket på gangen. Det andet værelse vi flyttede ind i stank af cigaretrøg.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sind sehr bemüht. Die Toilette hätte etwas sauberer geputzt sein können.... und frischer Kaffee (z.B. Filter) statt Instantkaffee wäre super. Ansonsten alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Мы путешествовали на машине и остановка в этом отеле позволила сделать перерыв и отдохнуть в спа, искупаться в бассейне с термальной водой. Сам отель большой, немного устарел, но в целом состояние не плохое. персонал очень доброжелательный, завтраки вксные и сытные. Но больше всего нам понравился бассейн, спа-процедуры, массаж.

Çift olarak konakladık, odada tek havlu takımı ve tek fincan vardı. Oda telefonu çalışmıyordu, resepsyona inip 2. havlu takımı rica ettim, yarım saat bekledik, genel olarak memnun kalmamıza rağmen, hizmetde eksiklikler vardı

Hotel made it so easy to stay with kids. Loved the breakfast spa (hot baths, pools). Mr Manager Ali Aksoy, helped us from the check in to the checkout. We made errors and it was handled so professionally so thankful from him. Highly recommended.
