Leaving the property
First room I was given wasn’t made up. I was then moved to a very poor quality very well used and aged room. Carpets were awful, bathroom had black mould and broken tiles and fittings. The brekfast was awful and non existent. The eggs look like they’d been there days and the other guests were saying the same. Would never stay there again. Also I was charged twice for 1 night and still waiting for a refund
Due to time, we did not have breakfast. Coffee smelled good.
Check-in process, at the hotel was confusing, and embarrassing.
Yogurt was good. Room was outdated and not very clean and can say the same for elevator and hallways.

The condition of the hotel was run down. The furniture in the room was damaged, and rickety. The wifi connection was unstable. The sound proofing was pore,and the noise from the highway was loud.
Great location, clean rooms, comfortable beds cozy in all. Has kitchen area and fridge for comfortable long stays. 10/10
While the breakfast was one the weak side, the hotel made up for it. Clean kitchen with enough to eat in the room. Water pressure decent, bed comfy and staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a very good stay
The space is in need of maintenance which might be expected but even though we made a reservation late that day, we had to switch 3 times because the rooms were not cleaned. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable.

Tv didn't work and there was trash left underneath the bed. People beside me was extremely loud
Very nice staff but whenever I would get my room serviced they would take my trash out and not replace the trash bags.
It’s a good place to stay off the highway. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. My only concern was the building itself. Some of the last remodel was poorly done. For example, door knob to the closet incorrectly done or the baseboard not secured to the wall in some segments.
I would stay here again.
Room was large and spacious as was the bathroom. Would recommend staying here if going to be stopping in Big Spring.

Bathtub didn't drain well. Reservations for 3 & towels and beverages for 2. Staff very responsive when advised of the situation. We would stay there again.
