If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel.

Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000

Maximum number of overnight Guests are as follows:- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: 2, Suites with 2 bedrooms: 4, Suites with 3 bedrooms/Penthouses: 6.

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

有人进我们房间拉💩挂壁并且用完了纸巾！！！说是每三天会进来打扫，但是我们不想有人进来特意和前台叮嘱过，只需要给我们一些垃圾袋就好了，我们晚上回来的时候，门口新挂了一块牌，意思是他本来要进来打扫的，但我们门口挂了请勿打扰，所以他就没有进来，不过如果我们需要可以再叫他来扫，现在看来完全是掩耳盗铃（我们仔仔细细复盘了，看到卷纸用完了十分肯定有人进来过）真的好变态

Perfect for a home away from home.

This location was particularly for work but it’s was close by to some lovely dinner spots - The Grounds + Three Blue Ducks.

Cons:

There was some sort of service room or doorway next to the room which was used frequently and the door kept making a lot of noise when closing all night long.
