If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel.

Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Cons:

The suits look modern and clean, however, the bedrooms have a moldy smell. We asked to change the room and still the same smell was present in the bedrooms even after leaving the windows open all day.

Pros:

We had not realised when we booked, that there was a nearby shopping centre and also Mascot train station which meant getting into centrl Sydney was very easy. the location to the airport was close and that is why we booked, and also it had car parking which we needed. If we did not have a lot of luggage we could have got there by train from the airport.

Pleasant stay despite check in issues
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Computer system went down just before arrival so took a long time for staff to manually check in and there were still issues. Confusing parking situation.

Comfortable stay with a 6 month old baby
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to train station and shops. Large apartment size, very comfortable with a baby.

Cons:

The floor was dirty. Looked like cleaners only cleaned with water and no or very little cleaning product.

Great location, lovely staff and value for money.
Pros:

The rooms are lovely and the beds are amazing! Best night sleeps we all had! We wanted to take the beds home with us.

Overall, a very comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.
Pros:

I stayed at Meriton Suites Coward Street in Mascot, Sydney for one night after my return flight was delayed, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, which makes it extremely convenient. Despite this, the noise insulation is excellent – thanks to the thick windows, you don’t hear any aircraft or street noise at all.

The accommodation is more like a fully equipped apartment rather than a standard hotel room. It is spacious and comes with almost everything you might need. The entire apartment was very clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. If anything was missing, it was taken care of immediately upon request. A washing machine and dryer are available and can be used free of charge, which is a great bonus.

The apartment also had its own balcony facing the street, but traffic was relatively light compared to the city center.

A train station is within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of shopping options nearby.
