If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel.

Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000

Maximum number of overnight Guests are as follows:- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: 2, Suites with 2 bedrooms: 4, Suites with 3 bedrooms/Penthouses: 6.

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Group Bookings: Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 7 rooms or more. Additional terms and conditions apply, so please contact the hotel for further information using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

What a great place to stay
Pros:

The place is amazing. Clean. Comfortable. Great location. Soft bed. Washing machine and dryer. Sooo close to food and transport. Wonderful staff. We love staying here

A pleasant stay with great facilities and excellent service.
Pros:

Great value for money and a wonderful stay!
The location is very convenient, close to the airport and not far from the city centre. There are convenience stores and plenty of food options nearby, which makes everything very easy.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Amenities were well provided, and whenever we needed more, they were replenished quickly.

The hotel also has great facilities including a gym, swimming pool, spa pool and sauna. It really has everything you need.

If I visit Sydney again, I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

It was very spacious and had adequate seating for my family who were dropping me off for a flight the next day we were able to prepare a meal together

Cons:

Difficulty accessing the TV. Gave up in the end and streamed on my laptop. However TV kept turning itself back on every few minutes and in the end I had to turn the power switch off to stop it.

Pros:

The perfect choice for airport accommodation, but not just that! If we had been able to arrive earlier, we could have used the pool facilities etc. Maybe next time as we'd definitely stay here again. Friendly and efficient staff, comfy bed and lots of clean space to pack/repack. We also liked the balcony onto a garden area! It would be a great place to stay for a few days when arriving into Sydney after a long haul flight.

Nice place just not well equipped like other hotel/apartments I’ve stayed at.
Pros:

It was a nice apartment, comfortable bed & pillows.

Cons:

The floor was dirty, no face washers, no cloths to wipe down bench or wash a cup, tea towel was old and had holes.
