If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel.

Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows: - Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100 - Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200 - Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400 - Penthouses: Up to AU $2000

Maximum number of overnight Guests are as follows:- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: 2, Suites with 2 bedrooms: 4, Suites with 3 bedrooms/Penthouses: 6.

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Group Bookings: Please note that different policies apply for group bookings of 7 rooms or more. Rude hotel manager

Really good location.

Cons:

They charged an extra surcharge on my Amex card, including on the deposit. When I asked whether I could get a full refund back at check-out, they said no because I had used an Amex card. The problem is that nobody told me this before I made the payment. If you are going to charge a high surcharge for card payments, guests have the right to be told clearly before paying.

I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager on duty was also very rude. He simply said it was none of their business. When I asked for a solution, he told me he would not respond to my concern. I have travelled to many places, and I have never met a hotel manager with such an arrogant and irresponsible attitude.

In the end, before I checked out, they did manage to refund the full payment. Even so, the way this was handled was extremely disappointing, and I would not come back to this hotel again.
