Important information:

If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Please note that cash is not accepted at the property. All payments must be made by credit, debit or EFTPOS card. Unless paying now, payment for entire stay and any incidentals are required upon arrival at the hotel.

Card payments: Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card. All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds. Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure. A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. Maximum number of overnight Guests are as follows:- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: 2, Suites with 2 bedrooms: 4, Suites with 3 bedrooms/Penthouses: 6.

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required, per room. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Great space, location and comfort

Top value. Massive room. Good location
Pros:

Massive room. Comfy. Washer and dryer and full kitchen and fridge. Clean and tidy. Good bathroom supplies. 5 min walk from train and plenty in the area

Cons:

Would’ve given a 10 but the lady that checked us in was difficult to deal with and made checking in a lot harder than it needed to be and wasn’t very friendly.

Perfect for a quick city break
Pros:

great convenient location, able to leave the car in the carpark, go out for a show and dinner and then check in when we returned. Lovely cafe downstairs. Will definitely be back
