Best Hotel in Thailand
Pros:

Best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive and were proactive in ensuring we had a great stay. We enjoyed staying here so much we extended our stay and we were accommodated with a great price. Big Thank you to all the staff and we hope to stay again in the future.

Cons:

Some Grab drivers have trouble locating the hotel however this is absolutely minor and no fault at all of the hotel at all, just walk to the gate if you order food and you'll be fine.

Absolute gem with amazing staff and great location
Pros:

Staff amazing,so helpful the room was great size with a great pool , it location is in the heart of Rawai but it’s tucked away from the busy street .Beautiful Thai family that own the place and u can also grab a scooter

Супер-место!
Персонал относится у тебе как в самым дорогим и близким людям. Все просьбы выполнялись быстро!
Расположение супер, но лучше арендовать байк, чтоб быть свободными в перемещениях.
В отеле всего 12 номеров, в основном приезжают семейные пары без детей, соответственно все тихо, чисто и умиротворенно.
С утра приносят бутылки воды и чай/кофе для заваривания.
Пляжа рядом нет! Равай бич - это пристань с лодками, с нее можно уплыть на острова. Ближайший пляж Най харн досупен на байке.
Вокруг много магазинов, хороший торговый центр с европейскими продуктами, если устали от местной еды.
Очень рекомендую отель для длительного проживания - улица тихая, инфраструктура отличная, персонал доступен в месссенджере 24/7.

Если вручную подкрутить планку кондиционера, то он не будет дуть на кровать)

Cons:

Будьте внимательны и пользуйтесь репеллентами - по вечерам около бассейна много комаров.

Jestem zachwycony !
Pros:

Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie ! Żadnych problemów ! Była dostępna 24 godziny. Bardzo czysto i przyjemnie . Z basenu można było korzystać kiedy się tylko chciało . Śniadania bardzo smaczne .
Wypożyczalnia skuterów na miejscu . Pani , która robi pranie obok hotelu . Ogólnie wrażenia wspaniałe .
