Pros:

It was a good location in Llangollen. The room was nice and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Upon booking, it didn’t state that you had to pay for parking and we didn’t realise until we checked in. The room was clean, but the hotel itself didn’t seem that clean.

Nice hotel . Will stay again but will park in the car park down the road
Pros:

Good location right by the river

Cons:

Very annoying hidden parking charges. Stayed here before many times but now parking charges are not extra. . Restaurant food was not worth the money. Shame these silly little things let it down .

Disappointing. Unlikely to return
Pros:

Food was ok.

Cons:

Car parking arrangements rediculous. an account to pay via a QR code and create an account for an overnight stay and then be charged £8.40 for the privilege.
I was there to deliver a course which I have done there for a few years without previous issues. This year the room was so cold, everyone was complaining.
I stayed overnight before the course and was accommodated in room 1. Initially the room was very warm, so the heater was turned off, but it soon went cold due to the bedroom window , which could not be closed.
I notified the hotel that things were not acceptable and it is unlikely that we will be booking the hotel again for our courses.

Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

The price was quite expensive for the time of year. £85.50 for one night. Breakfast was £12 extra per person and car park was £8. £117.50 wasn’t value for money
