Excellent location for exploring 👌
Pros:

Location was really good and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace overlooking the river with a few drinks. Excellent WiFi which kept the teen happy.

Cons:

We had a family room that was situated over the entrance door to the reception. Unfortunately there was also a staff service door next to that, that staff members stood at smoking cigarettes and the smoke and smell drifted in through our window stinking the whole room out. Was far too hot not to have the window open unfortunately.

Faulty Towers
Pros:

Fantastic view and location. One member of staff was great, he was very helpful, friendly and hardworking but I can't say the same for the rest.

Cons:

uncomfortable bed that sagged in the middle, hard lumpy pillows. the sink was cracked and the shower was broken and rusty that leaked at the base with a trickle of water coming out. The chairs in the bar area were filthy. the whole place needs a big upgrade in my opinion and I wouldn't return.

Lovely barmaid and bar service. Great location.

Cons:

Bedroom door wouldn’t open , had to call reception- very dangerous in the case of a fire! Not the friendliest receptionist either.
