So relaxed
breakfast was good spread
They told because you have used booking, com then you have to pay for the parking. I mean the prices at booking.com was expensive then the direct booking for hotel. Even though we were guest at the hotel we paid for 2 full days parking. There was no fan even on request, all the 3 days we asked and they couldnt give on any day. I couldnt sleep at all any of the nigts and hence had massive headache, I would not book it again
Location
Very run down.. pipe behind toilet rusting. Window ledge rotting. Bulbs missing or faulty from lighting. Fantastic view comfortable bed. Windows need replacing and building needs updating
Walk in shower . Faulty light bulbs replaced and new windows.
The location
This was the 25th hotel we have stayed in on our holiday. It was at the top end of cost for the facilities we had. The room was not great, squeaky floors, shower had no pressure and hot water that was dangerously hot, toilet took forever to flush. We would not recommend this hotel at prices they are charging.
Location
Hotel was quite dirty in places, staff could of been a bit more friendly.
Parking available. Clean, good sized room. Nice shower, comfortable beds and good breakfast.
Would have been nice to get a double bed, but only singles available when we booked. No biscuits with the room refreshments. Only tea and coffee.
Food wasn't being served on Monday evening, but plenty of other places to choose from. We ate at Dee Side. Highly recommend.
Location was good.
Parking was very busy and difficult to access.
Very expensive for such a dated hotel. £200 per night. I believe it's called scalping.
Brakfast not included so can't comment on that.
Breakfast was good,location was excellent
Shower in room didn’t work
great location, right in the centre of the town. the bed was comfy and the room felt peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is slightly dated and there are a lot of stairs so just be aware when u are booking
Excellent location and the beer garden was a great addition especially with the weather being nice. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.
There are a lot of stairs to the rooms and no lift.
The location was great.
It was very expensive and very dated.
Location
We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast. The breakfast was very fresh and very tasty. This hotel is lovely and based in the centre of Llangollen. We were able to walk to all the main attractions pubs and restaurants. We parked our car in the hotel carpark for an additional fee but it was worth it. We loved walking along the river Dee and the canal.
Location
Not good value for money
Location good. Parking fee expensive
Breakfast dire.
