On arrival there was no proper receptionist. Friendly lady but dressed in a tee shirt with paint stains. The balcony was untidy. No towels were available, had to ask for towels but non available. The shower and toilet has no privacy. Needs a door. The shower floor looks nice but impractical. The layer of loose white stones don’t seem to be cleaned therefore looks like black moss when turned around. Very unhygienic.

Good central place to stay to visit Ballito.

Only the room

Cons:

When arrived the staff are unfriendly and they look dirty and unprofessional.
The floors where dirty and only noticed them being mopped the following day.
Their personal food they cook smell horrible, the entire place when you enter has an unpleasant smell, not clinical.
When booking it show that its a restaurant with room service.
The breakfast is a quick slap and the mix a drink was like water.
The room was the only nice thing about this place, otherwise I will not book or recommend it to anyone.

The address is misleading as no signage shows the name. Entrance is from the main str and not 3Fairw

I regret choosing Fairways Hotel, Poor service delivery to the core, no staff working there.

Poor service, didnt like anything there...

Cons:

Unprofessionalism, no security available, property closes at 9PM. I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone. Poor service to the core!!!
