Falta de higiene, manchas en el suelo y en los cojines. La entrada al hotel poco apropiado, las instalaciones super antiguas, no cerraba la ventana, el suelo se movía, la habitación nada acogedora.. teníamos una habitación doble y nos pusieron en una con dos camas y una litera

am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service I received at your hotel.
When I made my reservation, I specifically requested a check-in between 13:00 and 14:00. The response I received was simply "subject to availability," with no further communication. I arrived at the hotel at 13:30, only to find the reception desk completely unattended, despite your 24/7 policy. After waiting for 15 minutes, we were finally let in by someone who doesn't even work at the hotel.
By 13:45, the receptionist was present but flatly refused to check us in until 14:00. Even though there were four people waiting, he chose to ignore us and play on his phone instead of providing service or checking if a room was ready.
This dismissive and disrespectful attitude is unacceptable. "Subject to availability" should imply an effort to assist the guest, not a reason to ignore them. I will certainly not be returning to your hotel, and I will not recommend it to anyone who values basic professional hospitality.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, pont ez miatt hangos is a környék. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész, az ágyak kényelmesek.

Cons:

Jó lenne, ha a fűtést lehetne szabályozni, iszonyat meleg volt és sokszor ez miatt az utcát fűtöttük.

Aceptable pero mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación. Tiene todo tipo de transporte cerca y en unos 15 minutos puedes estar en cualquier parte de la ciudad.
También, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 3 estrellas está bastante bien la relación calidad -precio. La habitación es muy grande y funcional.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación había mucho ruido porque daba a una de las calles principales. Pedimos si podíamos cambiarnos y, aunque al principio nos dijeron que si, luego no pudo ser porque el hotel estaba lleno, por lo que tuvimos que comprarnos unos tapones para poder descansar bien.
Además, aunque las camas no son incómodas pero suenan un montón, por lo que si tenéis el sueño ligero tened en cuenta este punto.
