Einfach, gut, sauber, günstig!
Pros:

Sehr sympathische Unterkunft im Zentrum von Trient. Einfach, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, nahezu perfekte Lage.

Pros:

Ich bedanke mich explizit für den sehr freundlichen Morgen Service, das grundsätzlich schöne Zimmer und das preisliche Entgegenkommen.

Cons:

Sonst sind wir äußerst enttäuscht. Wir haben trotz City tax Überweisung keine Gäste Karte bekommen und die Bus Fahrt für unsere Weiterreise, die eigentlich enthalten gewesen wäre, extra bezahlen müssen.
Arbeiten am Haus haben uns bereits früh morgens geweckt und wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass Arbeiter bereits am Morgen in das Fenster schauen konnten!
Die Dusche war nicht nutzbar, da der Ablauf nicht funktionierte.
Auf Anfragen per Mail und sms wurde nicht geantwortet.

Das Frühstück ist mit billigster verpackter Ware bestückt- das ist den Preis definitiv nicht wert!
Ich werde dieses Haus nicht weiterempfehlen können.

Tolle Lage! Man ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone und am Dom.
Die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet, jedes etwas anders. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Eine Art Gemeinschaftsraum wäre schön.

Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Die Organisation hat funktioniert.

Cons:

Während des Aufenthalt hab es eine Baustelle. Das Gerüst hat die Aussicht auf die Stadt komplett verhindert.

Frühstück war okay und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht ganz so schön, wie auf den Bildern. Wirken älter und sind kleiner als fotografiert.
An unserer Decke (k)lebten ca 25 Fliegen.
Die Lage ist super, benötigt aber eine ZTL Erlaubnis, welche durch die Hotelbetreiber beantragt wird. Hier verlief die Kommunikation leider schleppend.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön groß und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Die Lage direkt in der Stadt war super.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle vorm Zimmer, sodass wir den Balkon nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten.
