wir waren auf der Durchreise und dafür war diese Übernachtung hier gut

sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, gute Lage nahe der Altstadt, die sehr schön ist und eine gute Atmosphäre hat, Zimmer liegt im dritten Stock und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl

wir hatten etwas Schwierigkeiten die Hausnummer zu finden, das Fenster war defekt und fiel aus den Angeln, die Raumluft war trotz der Klimaanlage nicht so gut, das Vierbettzimmer hatte nur drei Betten und das Einzelbett war eng

Очень высокая слышимость с соседним номером! Также очень высокая слышимость с улицы, но это потому что центр города. В остальном все отлично.

Colazione OK, stanza bellissima, contesto un po' meno
Pros:

La posizione è strategica e la stanza è molto grande e arredato di recente con un certo riguardo estetico.
Non mi aspettavo di avere la sauna in camera ma per accenderla ci voleva troppo tempo e comunque erano già giorni parecchio caldi.
Letto comodo e colazione OK.

Cons:

Non dipende direttamente dall'hotel, ma il quartiere in cui si trova non mi è sembrato dei più rassicuranti: bottiglie rotte, schiamazzi fino all'1 di notte, decine di lattine lasciate sul marciapiede di fronte, gente trovata "stesa male" nelle aiuole fiorite quando sono andato a correre all'alba.
Anche l'androne d'ingresso del palazzo in cui si trovano le camere, non ha dato subito una bella impressione. Ovviamente mi son dovuto ricredere una volta arrivato in stanza, ma il contrasto tra i 2 ambienti è abbastanza marcato.

Struttura vecchia,porte tipo quelle di scuola con fessura in basso che purtroppo fa sentire ogni movimento degli ospiti che passano in corridoio.
Sicuramente in passato era un centro medico o una qualche associazione,non è un ambiente di hotel o b&b.
