Staff estremamente cortese e disponibile.
Buona colazione.
Self check-in semplice.

Cons:

Camera un po' rumorosa.
Bagno da ristrutturare, specialmente la doccia.
Sebbene il self check-in sia chiaro e semplice, non sono un fan dell'assenza di una reception e di personale a disposizione.

La colazione era pronta all'orario stabilito, offreiva una buona varietà di scelte dolci e salate e il personale di assistenza è stato cortese e disponibile. La struttura si trova in centro in una posizione molto comoda per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città

Camera spaziosa con vista spettacolare sulle montagne. Bagno finestrato. Kit cortesia molto ben fornito. Posizione strategica della camera (vicino al centro e al castello). Disponibilità del personale. Parcheggio comodissimo.

Cons:

Di notte c'era troppo caldo.
Il materasso e il cuscino non erano comodissimi, nonostante nella sala colazione fosse appeso un manifesto che specificava che i materassi sono prodotti da sarte esperte per dare il massimo benessere.
Peccato, perché il resto è stato eccezionale.
