Great location and friendly staff. Hotel restaurant is pretty good. Room is a little bit smaller than expected.
The services at this hotel was spectacular
Amazing stay no complaints staff was great and very helpful with luggage delivery services to my next hotel in Tokyo. I suitcase was broken either when i received at next hotel but that could have been the shipping company although they claim that’s how they received it and it became he said she said. But it was an old suitcase and I don’t plan on that minor thing ruining them from a 5 star review.

Great experience and great service!
Rooms are tiny, we had to upgrade to be able to fit our suitcase on the floor! Photos online are stretched dramatically! We also ended up covered in bites which we now believe to be bed bugs. We’ve never experienced this in any hotel before but the three of us are cover in bites all over our legs. There’s no way to prove it’s bed bugs and not mosquitoes, but we haven’t experienced this at any other location during our three week stay across Japan and would wake up itching in the night.

Spacious rooms and steps from the subway. Walkable to Shijo shopping area tons of places to shop and eat.Don’t be fooled by the quiet neighborhood but just 10 minutes walk is the bustling shopping area.
A few minute walk from the station, this older building is well maintained and has normal ameneties. Good food options nearby. Only issue i had was the pillows flattened out a lot.
The place is excellent very convenient very clean and staffs are very approachable.
