Бюджетний готель за небюджетну ціну

Персонал. Це найкраще що є у цьому готелі. Дівчата на сніданках старались для гостей, щоб всім все подобалось, рецепшен теж дуже професійний та ввічливий

Cons:

Номер стандарт для 4х - це малесенький тісний простір без розеток (2 на весь номер), маленьким балконом та видом на дорогу та парковку(а не як зазначено на букінгу-вид на гори). Там навіть повітря не вистачало при відкритих вікнах. Роздільні ліжка не комфортні, маленькі - як для дитячого табору. Ремонт дуже застарілий(можливо комусь подобається такий вайб). Дуже шумно від дороги. Мені не підійшла така пропозиція за 300 євро на добу та ми переїхали у чудові апартаменти поруч, ще й за меншу вартість. Рецепшен був максимально правим та раціональним у цьому питанні та повернули гроші за невикористані дні проживання. Наголосили, що їх ціль - задоволені клієнти, я була задоволена таким вирішенням цієї ситуації. Дякую.

Can’t recommend this property highly enough
Pros:

Exceptional staff make staying here a joy. Nothing was too much for this team. Our arrival was very lat due to major delays. It the team smoothed our way for a very late check in which was greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was made with love and had many choices. Complimentary afternoon tea was a welcome touch after a day of exploring this stunning area. Dinner options were walkable on a well made bike/ walking path off the main road and recommendations available from helpful reception staff.

Superb Dolomiti Sport Hotel
Pros:

Katia is a wonderful host, as is her whole family. The hotel is so charming and everything you need is provided. The breakfasts are absolutely deliziosa.
A huge thank you to Katia for going above and beyond in helping us to communicate with Lost luggage at Venezio airport, to facilitate the delivery of a suitcase. The whole hotel feels so warm and welcoming and is set in a charming village. Thank you once again. Sandra and Glenn

Excellent experience!
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

I would especially like to thank Katia, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. She gave us wonderful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and activities in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel's decor is beautiful, charming, and cozy, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast deserves special recognition: it is outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality products.

Another lovely touch was the afternoon coffee service offered by the hotel. Guests can enjoy the snacks provided and only pay for the beverages they consume, which creates a warm and welcoming experience.

Without a doubt, this was a memorable stay, and we would be delighted to return in the future.

Fantastische locatie en heelijk gastvrij hotel
Pros:

Het hotel was fantastisch. Mooie tuin met uitzicht op de bergen. 15 minuten rijden van Cortina d'ampezzo. Het personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Aan t einde van de middag kregen we heerlijke snacks en alleen je drankje betaal je. Wat een goede service.

A very comfortable stay with caring staff, beautiful views, and a lovely homemade atmosphere.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view and a very kind, caring staff. The breakfast was simple, homemade, and delicious. They also offered free snacks during the day, (after 16:30)which was very convenient because in the evening it was difficult to find open restaurants or shops. Overall, everything was excellent. I would recommend!

Cons:

The only downside was the hair dryer in the room. There was one available, but it was very old and didn’t work well, so it’s better to bring your own if you have space in your luggage.
Also, keep in mind that if you arrive late in the evening (around 9 PM) or early in the morning (around 7 AM), there may be no one at the reception desk, so it’s better to plan accordingly. However, I think this is only a small issue — you just need to plan accordingly and keep the reception hours in mind

La ubicación es genial, el desayuno una maravilla, y ofrecen una merienda todas las tardes gratis, donde abonas la bebida. La única pega que le pongo es que el baño estaba muy antiguo, necesita una reforma, aunque estaba muy limpio. El personal muy amable!
