Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit , ich wurde operiert daher hat er ständig nach meinem Wohl gefragt und seine Hilfe angeboten. Die Putzfrauen sind auch sehr liebe Menschen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Второй раз точно не остановлюсь.
Pros:

Хорошая локация.

Отзывчивый персонал. Готовы прийти на помощь в любых вопросах.

Cons:

Прозрачная стена туалета. При этом в номере находися еще несколько человек....

Интернет периодически отваливался.

Половина розеток в номере не работает.

Шумно. Окна без звукозащиты.

En Spil Suites, Mesut y el resto de los trabajadores nos atendieron de manera excepcional y nos ayudaron muchísimo durante toda la estancia. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos y nos sentimos realmente afortunados de haber estado allí.
Su trato fue cercano, amable y muy profesional. Nos ofrecieron recomendaciones útiles, resolvieron cualquier duda o necesidad rápidamente y siempre con una sonrisa. Se nota que ponen cariño en todo lo que hacen y que valoran a sus huéspedes.
Gracias a su dedicación y excelente servicio, nuestra experiencia fue cómoda, agradable y sin ningún contratiempo. Spil Suites es un lugar donde uno se siente cuidado de verdad. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Chambre spacieuse, très belle salle de bain, Check in minimum mais réceptionniste gentil

Cons:

Les équipements commencent à être un peu abîmés, il y a une légère odeur de cigarette, la réception et le quartier sont un peu glauques et l’emplacement un peu excentré.

Sehr freundliches Personal, man hat andere Gäste nicht gehört. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Dusche sehr geräumig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
