Lage ist gut, Preis ist in Ordnung

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet unterirdisch schlecht, trockene alte Brötchen vom Vortag, wenig Auswahl, viele Sachen schon leer.
Zimmer wurde schon geputzt, obwohl noch nicht ausgecheckt.
Bad dreckig und schimmelig.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück war frisch und
lecker, somit war alles in Ordnung .

Das freundliche Personal!

Cons:

Schlechtes Kopfkissen, enges Bett und unsaubere Toilette. Darüber hinaus fehlende Hausmeisterdienste (wacklige Toilettenbrille, nicht schließende Duschtüre und defekte Fensterschließung.

Pat confortabil, cameră cu balcon si oamenii de la recepție ok

Cons:

Băiatul de la curățenie intra in camera chiar dacă ai afișul la ușă cu : do not disturb" . Dupa care intra iar cu o ora jumătate înainte sa faci check in . Te face mai mai sa il dai cu capul de pereți . Luati masuri si schimbați acel individ nesimțit

Staff are friendly and helpful
Pros:

The room was clean and close to mall and public transit. They do offer a breakfast in the morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly, helping us find places to go and explaining the area to us so we could travel using public transport.

Cons:

The breakfast was not a typical Canadian breakfast, eggs bacon toast etc. Our expectations were different when we came for breakfast on the first day. We did eat here a few times and the hotel was kind enough to refund us for the breakfasts we had purchased when we decided to go someplace else

Cons:

Heute war wohl ein Großereignis in Frankfurt. Die Zimmer kosteten alle das doppelte (meines hier 113€; bei meinen sonstigen Hotels 180-250€).

Mein Zimmer (114) hat eine komplett durchgelegene Matratze. Lege ich die Wasserflasche auf den Rand, rollt sie zur Mitte. Dementsprechend katastrophal und unausgeschlafen war meine Nacht. Leider war niemand beim Check-Out da, sonst hätte ich es dort direkt angesprochen.

Ein Duschvorhang im Bad ist auch nicht wirklich prickelnd.

Der Boden „klebt“ an den Adiletten. Entweder zu wenig verdünntes Reinigungsmittel, oder zu wenig Reinigung - ich hoffe auf zu wenig verdünntes…

Das Oberlicht im Flur (Stock 1) ist gerissen.
Der Teppich im Flur sollte gereinigt, besser ausgetauscht werden.

Das Hotel benötigt mMn eine Grundsanierung.
Vielleicht ist der „normale“ Übernachtungspreis - ohne Großveranstaltung - bei 60€, dann würde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Frankfurt passen, aber heute bei 113€ erwarte ich etwas anderes.

219 nolu odada hijyen yuk, banyo rutubet kokuyor, fan srsli çalışıyor, radyatör su kaçırıyor, lavobo bataryası su damlatıyor, duş teknesi çok küçük, duş batarya askısı kırık, çarşaflar değiştirilmiyor, günlük çöpler alınmıyor, zemin günlük temizlenmiyor, odaya eksik havlu konuyor, koridorlara şanriye postalı bırakılmasına izin veriliyor.
