Pessima qualità del riposo con materassi inadeguati
Cons:

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è negativa a causa principalmente della pessima qualità del letto. Si trattava di un letto matrimoniale composto da due singoli affiancati, entrambi eccessivamente molli e privi di sostegno. Per chi come me soffre un po' di schiena, dormire infossato in una conca è stato un vero supplizio. Il disagio è stato condiviso dalla mia compagna e abbiamo passato entrambi delle notti praticamente insonni.

Ho segnalato il problema già il primo giorno, chiedendo se fosse possibile sostituirli con materassi più rigidi o almeno aggiungere un topper per livellare la superficie, cercando una soluzione risolutiva. Nonostante un'iniziale risposta che mi aveva fatto ben sperare, mi è stato poi comunicato che erano tutti uguali e non è stata trovata alcuna soluzione. Fortunatamente il soggiorno è durato solo tre giorni. Sconsigliato a chi cerca un riposo rigenerante, augurandomi che la struttura provveda presto alla sostituzione dei materassi per garantire uno standard di comfort adeguato ai propri ospiti.
