Buena ubicación, el desayuno era muy rico

Cons:

No nos limpiaron las habitaciones ningún día de nuestra estancia, incluso encontramos basura en una, y tuvimos que pedir nosotros escoba para limpiar

El alojamiento tenía sus cosas positivas y negativas, desde que estábamos ingresando tuvimos una confusión con la página de booking, después ingresando a la habitación, el servicio sanitario estaba confusión unas hormigas grandes, después teníamos jabón para bañarnos, otra cosita muy importante es que el servicio del restaurante fue totalmente mal y nos confundieron con un grupo y en ningún momento qye estuvimos presentes ahí nos atendieron bien

La atención del personal, y la falta de personal en la noche que este atento, a si se tiene que salir de madrugada. Para hacer algún tour o algo., ya que dejan el portón cerrado con candado y no hay personal en la noche.

Pros:

Es tal cual como las fotos. Desde ahí pudimos ir a San Juanillo, a Playa Frijolar y a Playa Pelada. El desayuno muy rico. Llegábamos a dormir y se dormía cómodamente.

Nos gustó mucho la piscina, las áreas comunes y la habitación, todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. El parqueo fue cómodo y el restaurante excelente. En general, una estancia muy agradable.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, solamente que el servicio estuvo muy lento.

Cons:

Más espacio para poner el equipaje y el cierre de la puerta de baño algo difícil. Faltó también que el dispensador del baño funcionara y no había jabón en el lavamanos

Close to Ostional turtle beach with staff helpful for organizing tours there.
Pros:

Fantastic staff that keep everything spotless, not even a single leaf in the pool. The staff were super helpful and kind. Vegan options in the restaurant menu.

Cons:

The wifi was spotty and weak in the cabins. It was strongest in the restaurant.
