I would definitely come back, perfect location for sightseeing, coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons:

浴槽、お湯がオーバブローした際、浴槽外トイレ側の排水口から、溢れ出てきて、便器の所まで、水浸しになってしまった。また、浴槽のお湯を抜いても、同じく、水浸しになってしまう。少しずつならば、流れるのだが、排水能力が低いのでは❓
改善を望む‼️

いつも利用させてもらっていますが、いつも清潔で安心感があります。
それと、なんと言ってもアートさんの朝食は最高だと思います！

Cons:

高層階でしたので仕方が無いのですが、トイレの水圧が低いのは大変でした。

コスパ最強！
Pros:

最上階での朝食はどれも美味しく岩手山を眺めながら食べられて最高でした！施設は綺麗でお部屋も広くコスパ最強です！！また岩手旅行の時はここへ泊まりたいです。立地も良く徒歩圏内に行きたいお店が全て揃っています！
