Hotel ótimo, mas a experiência na recepção estragou parte da estadia.
Pros:

O hotel atendeu muito bem às expectativas. Gostamos da localização, do estacionamento fechado com manobrista, da piscina limpa e do quarto, que por ser um Ibis nos surpreendeu pelo espaço e acomodou bem nossa família. Limpeza, higiene e funcionamento geral do quarto estavam todos ok.

Cons:

O ponto negativo ficou por conta do atendimento da recepção. A estrutura do hotel é boa, porém os funcionários da recepção não foram receptivos e deixaram a desejar no atendimento ao hóspede.
