However, the staff was friendly.

Cons:

This place needs a facelift. The rooms are cramped; furniture is old; the bathroom was awful…towels were no longer white, cracked tiles, disgusting bathtub, no internet…etc.

Cons:

Bathroom have hairs from previous occupants and shower head looks dirty. Didnt have energy to raise it as I was tired from all day drive. No wifi on 3rd floor and I cannot connect my Netflix to their tv.

It wasn’t bad but could be better
Pros:

Staff was nice but did not properly deal with key cars so had to go back down to get a key card that would work. She handled it well.

Cons:

There was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower over the top of the curtain. Gross and and because if they find damage like dirty cloths and towels they will charge for that. Not a fan of others used linens and or being responsible for others! So is it a gimic to get something out of someone or is it the cleaning staff? Who knows?

Pros:

Although the hotel has some wear it was comfortable, smelled clean, beds and pillows were very comfy, and quiet for being close to the I20. Thank you Sleep Inn for your hospitality for a decent nights rest.
